I would recommend this condo and would love to stay there again.”

The furniture is the most comfortable we have experienced in our travels. The condo was well stocked with anything we could want. We loved walking to the beach. We were with another couple and we had plenty of room for visiting and privacy.
I wished I would have known that we were on the second floor. Our friends have some physical problems and the steps were difficult to navigate due to the number and the narrowness. I liked the view from the 2nd floor though.

Great place to stay with family”

Everything was perfect, the condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked to anything that we needed. Will definitely be staying again.
I didnt like that when we went to the pool, we where harassed by some older gentlemen. Asking if we stayed here, and telling us that if we didn't he would have to remove us. I could tell he wasn't staff, due to his attire. He approached us in a bathingsuit bottom and no shirt. Made the ladies in my group feel uncomfortable. He wouldn't leave until we answered him.

Great location and the hosts were very kind to prepare a setup for us to cook a Turkey. Very spacious and well organized.
Please look into Cotton sheets versus polyester. The lightbulb needs to be replaced above the vanity fixture in the master bath.

Great little condo”

Liked that it was off “the strip” so it was quiet. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Was very clean upon arrival. Tons of towels, sheets and beach towels to use. Tons of storage. Lots of chairs/ toys/boogie boards in garage for beach use. Minimal board games so bring your own, if you’re in to that. Pool was clean but COLD. Hot tub was excruciatingly hot though. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was so loud that the kids didn’t want it on. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Location was great. Pool was always clean and warm. Included a lot of amenities.
One of the bed frames broke. The dryer was broken. The ice maker was broken. Thankfully the owners made it right.

Unit 58 is a bit dated, rocker in living room needs replacement and cable in liv room TV not working. Unit 55 had severely clogged tub that took a couple of days to declog.

Found a bug crawling in hall bathroom. There was a musty smell in bedrooms too. Lamp light by bed front bedroom didn’t work. Parking garage too small. Only room for one car made it a challenge to find parking for second car. Ending up at downtown st Augustine park garage that cost more money and inconvenience.
