Hidden but worth it!”
I had a good rest at Sen Hotel. The room was comfortable, big bed, spacious bathroom, even an individual bathtub! The staff was very polite and even made an effort to speak in english with me. The are no dining facilities at the hotel, but it is so close to the main street that you can just take a quick walk and pick from the many restaurants available. It almost feel like a small family hotel; a kid playing downstairs, the old gentleman at the counter and a small puppy running around (loved it!).

Value for money but very hard beds”
The hotel was clean and came with everything expected in this price range. The bed in our room was extremely firm but we checked amother bed on our way out and it was slightly better. Owner was an extremely froendly older gentleman. Only bike for rent was a manual and it's fairly far from anything you might want to do in haiphong.

Great transit hotel!”
Great new clean hotel only a few KM from the airport! The room was huge, very comfortable and had lots of natural sunlight. The owner is a nice older gentleman who speaks great English. Make sure you print screen the map location as some taxi drivers may struggle to find it. Also, ask for food recommendations as the area is very local and there are no English menus. If you need a transit hotel, this place will not disappoint!

Overall good Vietnamese Hotel”
I stayed at this hotel only for a night making my way to Hai Phong's airport. It's a great hotel if you're looking for nothing fancy, a good price, a good location, and a decent place to stay. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: •Clean •Friendly Staff and Good Facility •Close to a bus station and the airport •Great room in terms of Vietnam standards( spring less bed, vietnamese bathroom •Killer price for location, cleanliness, and decency. •Cable TV and internet Cons: •Bathroom had an open window that let flying insects in. •Reception desk and front gate is closed from 1am - 6am •Staff doesn't seem to speak much English Miscellaneous: •No toothbrush and soap accommodations, as well as water boiler and coffee

Good Hotel, Value for money”
A modern and new hotel, secure, good location not so noisy, but walking distance to nearby restaurants etc. friendly staff, family owned....and happy to help you. Air cond, satellite tv, wifi. Bed was a little hard, but this seems to be normal for Vietnam. Good hot shower. I would stay there again !

Good hotel, friendly staff and very cheap. Only downside for us was the beds made of bricks. Other than that it was great. Not that close to the centre of town but they'll rent you a scooter for not a lot of money. I've given it a 3 out of 5 for room comfort/standard. This is based on the bed comfort. It would have been a 5 if it not for the beds. The twin room we were in was huge as well.

I book this hotel for my weekend retreat. The room is equal. The staff is not really friendly. However, with the cheap price and the location near some famous snail shops. It is OK for me. Please noted that, it is placed on a road under a construction, so , a little bit pollution,

Lovely guesthouse with big, spacious rooms. ”
Fantastic experience staying here during Tet, Vietnamese Lunar New Year. Although it was a major holiday for the family as well, they helped us to find our way to our friends house where we were headed for dinner and celebrations. They also let us use the bicycles for free, which was lovely. Once we arrived we were treated like family. We had a fantastic experience here and I would highly recommend it for other travelers passing through Hai Phong.

Close to airport ”
We booked here because we had a 640 am flight. The taxi ride was around 65000 and the taxi driver made us pay the toll for him to drive into the airport so it was closer to 80,000 dong. Staff was nice they were up early to call us a taxi. We walked for miles around the area trying to find a place to eat we seemed to be the only tourists around. Eventually we caved and took a 25,000 dong taxi to the Texas BBQ. Bed was softer than the typical south east Asia bed. They had an elevator as well.

One of the worst experience ever”
First of all, the staff is not speaking English at all. The room we were given was creepy and full of flies and insects. When opening the toilet bowl, many flies jump on your face. The sink is leaking so there's water everywhere. Will never go there again.
