Not that good...”
The location of the hotel was good! But the hotel itself looks old and outdated. The room needs an upgrade soon. I wasn't expecting this from a Sheraton Hotel. Everything in the room looks old including the toilet area. The breakfast buffet was good, it had some pretty decent food choices. Last thing I want to raise was the very slow service!!! I was really surprise with the service of this hotel. I need to call the guest service several times to ask for some items before they'll bring it in our room and that happened more than twice or thrice I guess. I'm out of words to describe the very slow service of the hotel.

A very good hotel with excellent location, close to the centre of Casablance shops and restaurants etc. The rooms require m Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The business centre provided free internet connection and complimentary. . Choice of restaurants within the hotel is good and staff made the difference service with a smile Excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again

Facilities need improvement”
The clock in the room became malfunctioning at 2am. We were not able to disconnect the clock as the power line was covered under carpet. We needed to get the staff to fix in the middle of night, which was unpleasant. I'd expect the facilities at a 5-star hotel to be better than this. In addition, the hotel service can be improved. When we asked for bottled water when we arrived at hotel, we needed to wait for 30 minutes and called twice before water got delivered to our room.

room was comfy and facilities are up to expectations. concierge services are not up to par as they don't speak english well enough and hence their instructions are confusing, rather than helpful. the japanese restaurant in hotel makes their food far, far too salty. if eating there, ask them to go easy on salt.

The room was ok however the prices for consumption in the hotel are crazy high! Breakfast for $35.00 dollars and a bottle of water for $7.00 was too much. The staff are polite but not necessarily have cultural awareness,

Everything very old and not clean”
Sheraton name is being sold but those Sheraton values are almost gone!! Hotel must be upgraded almost in every areas. It is totally not worth to charge customers so high just with the old name. Staff specially at the entrance are not helpful. They didn’t come even to take the luggage even though they watched the guests in difficulties to handle it.

Not for holidays ”
The hotel does not have a good swimming pool. It is very small right near the breakfast buffet on the third floor. Staff at the reception are not friendly and treat customers with arrogance. Also not very helpful even with small things. Hotel is not built for holiday makers. It is more suitable for the short stay business travelers. Rooms are comfy but with very basic decor, where paintings chosen on the wall are of low quality. Overall, facilities are average. If the hotel wants to attract holiday makers, it should really put in place a good sized pool. And train or change their female receptionist, whom I and the family noticed that they were arrogant including the switchboard person.

Adequate but not luxury”
Comfortable bed, nice room. Housekeeping took all my towels while I was out in the morning, so no shower before check out. Overpriced restaurants which close early. Internet not working well.
