We had a wonderful one-night stay at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel, and it was our second time visiting. The experience was just as great as we remembered! Our room was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around, and the bathroom was well-designed with a separate shower and bathtub. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the nearby mall buildings and the swimming pool. The hotel lobby felt luxurious and spacious, adding to the overall elegance of the stay. One of the biggest perks of this hotel is its direct connection to Tunjungan Plaza, offering endless shopping and dining options right at our doorstep. A special highlight for me was the outstanding service. During dinner at Kafe Bromo, the staff and waitress greeted me by name, making me feel truly valued. The same thing happened at breakfast, showing how warm and hospitable the entire staff is. Their attention to detail made our stay even more special.
