The price and facilities are actually appropriate, the staff is friendly, and the parking is sufficient. What needs to be improved is the drainage in the bathroom which seems to be a bit clogged, so when showering, the water accumulates, and perhaps the sheets and pillowcases could be bleached to look cleaner.

I'll give you the pros and cons. PROS - The location is quite strategic, there's a café below where you can satisfy your hunger late at night. - No money deposit required, just come in and show your ticket booking proof, and you'll get the keys right away. - There is a spacious garage, which is suitable for those renting motorcycles, so you don't have to worry about parking, and it's free with no parking fee. - The lodging is quiet, and you can't hear motorcycle noises from the main road. - There is a terrace outside the room that's great for relaxing and smoking. - There is a tumbler lamp inside the room that provides a calm and cozy vibe. - The price is quite proportional to the quality, but... CONS - Inside the room, THERE ARE COCKROACHES, I even had to buy a cockroach spray to get rid of them, which is very disturbing and uncomfortable. - The television only has SCTV channels. - The bathroom condition is not very clean, the shower doesn't work, and there's no water heater, although I saw in the reviews that some have water heaters. And again, there are COCKROACHES, a total of 2-3 cockroaches that I have eliminated, heheh. - In the room I got, the electrical outlet sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. - The receptionist is a bit indifferent even though I often say excuse me when passing by, but they just ignore me, hahahah. So far, the accommodation is quite uncomfortable FOR ME; I hope it can be improved further. The price is very affordable, and my expectations are not too high... keep it up!

I booked a family room for 2 nights, didn't expect to get such a very comfortable room, spacious, perfect for those with families. My kids are really comfortable staying here, the room is spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, so there won't be a fight for the bathroom. The staff are also friendly and very responsive.
