Staff at Somerset Norodom were extremely helpful all the way from the time of booking until checkout. Everybody went out of their way to assist and make me feel at home. They really helped me getting things organized in Phnom Penh. Accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was great with a spectacular view over the River. I am very much looking forward to visiting this place again. Highly recommended.
