Affordable luxury hotel”

It's definitely value for my money. It was as if I was staying in a 5-stars hotel. Which 2.5 stars hotel that can provide you with complimentary Starbucks coffee, Oreos cookies, soda drinks and juices? This hostel did. The room came in with a bath tub and a shower. And of course what stood out most was the high tech Japanese toilet. The location is strategic, close to eating places, shopping area and subway (junggang and Nampo). Busan station was just 5mins taxi ride. During your arrival, take a taxi because the hotel is right at a steep hill unless you have strong core to pull your heavy luggage. :) SOYU Hotel is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

Good location, friendly staff and tidy room”

The hotel is in a good location, only 5-8 minutes walk from Nampo station. The staff are nice and friendly, always keep smiling and greeting everyday when you get in and out. Also they do tidy and clean the room everyday. In conclusion, it's a pleasant experience to stay in Soyu and definitely will come back if travel to busan next time.

Lovely place, Convenient, Good exercise ;)”

The check-in time is around 4pm I think, but my flight arrived early in the morning and I was very tired and sweaty after dragging my 20kg luggage through subway rides and the steep roads leading to the hotel. The lady at the reception told me to leave my luggage at the lobby and come back at 4pm, but I was too tired so I sat at the lobby at rested for a while. The lady actually called room cleaning team to clean a room for me asap. I got my room around 11am. Thank you so much!! Lovely lady. The hotel was amazing too. Very convenient location (although there's a steep road leading to it), near transportation, lots of food, shopping places, karaoke rooms and all. Very hip, yet not too much of a bustling city. Clean rooms too. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with a big bathtub. Very lovely room. Totally enjoyed my 7-night stay at SOYU Hotel. It's a pity I didn't get to say goodbye to the reception lady because I left the hotel before 6am on my last day. She was not around :( Anyway thank you. Totally recommended! I would love to go back again.

Best Hotel in Busan !!!”

This booking is really a daring one.. When i book soyu, they only have 2 reviews. But it have a nice price and a nice picture so without taking a second thought, i booked it immediately. I'm impressed with their staff, their room, their location and their all.. You should stay here when you go to busan.. :):)

Exceptional”

Of the 3 hotels we stayed on this trip, this property was the best. Appears that hotel room was recently renovated. Comes with full in-room amenities, include two bottles of water and 2 can of juice daily as well as coffee and tea bags. Complimentary coffee and chocolate snacks are also offered in the lobby area. Great location, only 5 minutes from Nampo Metro Station and within walking distance to many of the Jung-Gu area attractions. Also many currency exchange shops are available in this area, which is a huge plus as this is rare in Busan City. Front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful as well. Love to stay again on our next trip.

Value For Money”

Not going to elaborate the hotel as the rating and this is my 3rd stay says it all. The location is strategic and it's a new hotel, just function since Mar 2017. You can either use exit 7 of Nampo station (escalator) and go straight or you can use the escalator going up Busan Tower and turn left at the top of the escalator. Many eateries around and walking distance to Gukje Market & Jalgachi.

The location is good, 10-15min walk from Nampo or Junyan station. walking distance to Nampo shopping area, Jjagaji and Bupyeong market. Airport shuttle bus stop is 10min walk away. Roads on Nampo shopping street is not ideal for dragging heavy luggage though.... Me and my friends stay in hotel room half day in raining day. who would have thought watching TV is such a good way to kill time! they got all the channels for K-POP, food programs, movies... Will definitely stay here again.

Very good experience!”

The hotel provides more than you need for your stay: toiletries, towels, hairdryer, and even contact lenses case and solution if you have forgotten to bring yours. They also gave us free umbrellas as it was pouring it down when we left. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. The room is spacious, modern and has floor heating, although it can get too warm at night and there is no option to turn it off. The location around the hotel has many restaurants and cafes and is 5 min away from the orange metro line, which is needed to visit most places in Busan. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely come here again if I stay in Busan.

Comfort as home”

The hotel is well decorated! The toilet is well equipped with all the necessities and which is big enough to place all you facial and make-up products. The location of hotel is so convenient few minutes walking distance from Nampo station and Nampo shopping streets! PC is also available there and it is convenient for us to search for information.

Value for money and near Nampo & Jungang Station ”

You can reach the hotel from Gimhae airport by bus and also Nampo Station. Hotel staff are very friendly and let me for early checkin at 8AM as it raining all day. Many restaurants and convenience store nearby, you can walk to Lotte mall and Nampo dong within 10 min. The only 2 cons we found are small towel and less clothes hanging bar

location is in between 2 stations. jungang and nampo. u need to walk up a short distance of slope to reach the hotel. staff was friendly except for 1 uncle we met on the 1st night. we had a problem with the tv. he was unfriendly in solving our issue we gave up turning on the tv for the rest of e trip. no breakfast provided however breakfast coupon were issued for a cafe nearby. lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. we could see busan tower from our room.

Modern hotel that ticks all the expectation ”

Room is big. TV has all the channels but of course most of the time you'll be outside. They provide daily refreshment and you can have coffee at the lobby. It's very near to all the happening places and just a short walk to Yongdusan Park and Busan Tower. Going down the park then you'll reach BIFF Square. For those who commented you'll need to climb a slope to reach this hotel, you are right but it's actually a simple and easy walk up even when we have two 28 inch bag. Recommended for your next stay.

Great location”

This hotel is in a great location! We were quite concerned, having read about the steep hilly walk up to the hotel, but when we arrived by subway, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the walk was relatively easy, and not difficult to do at all! Its location is close to banks and currency exchange counters. Do note that sometimes the bank will offer even better rates than currency exchange counters, however, rates can literally change within minutes, so don't delay if you get a good deal! There are also shops and the Lotte Department store within easy walking distance too. The only downside was my room seemed to have a smoky smell (but it was not overpowering), however, the other room we booked had no issues. Would stay here again!

Best location and clean room”

The best location and couldn’t argue more. Located just behind Busan Tower and 5 mins walk to Biff Square. Staff couldn’t speak english well but they’re very helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily. The best hotel throughout our 14 days in Korea.

Value for money & good location”

Very convenient, just 2 mins walk to Jungang-dong station, 4 mins walk to Nampo station, Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street and Lotte Department Store.Yongdusan Park also within 2 mins walk and easy find many restaurants nearby. I will come again next time.

Location is convenient just at the base of busan tower if you walk 5-10 min u will reach Jungang subway. Around the hotel have lots of restaurants and mini stall to purchase your daily stuff . Free refillable drinks in the hotel and overall it is very clean ...
