"Location at downtown is easy to access from tollroad. Cozy room and fantastic service. Nice food with delicious local taste. Awesome. Our only concern was the erotic arts around the corridor. As a moslem family, we were shocked by the statues and portrayal paintings around. Next to 2nd floor Elevator door (on your right), a topless balinese girl statue and a japanese style naked drawing will greet every visitor. For this, i keep warn my children to walk straight facing away.... and it was work....we spend more time without having negative impact from those statues and paintings. This hotel is not recommended for any faithful moslem families who bring their young children. Unless you take all the risk and handle it as a part of real life education about art and living values. Again, it is all depends on family policy that visitor want to apply to their family... :) Recommended for couples and any open-minded visitor who find budget hotel to stay in Subang. Valuable hotel as an Art Hotel at the Subang Downtown."

"it was horrible. first, i was denied check in. the front office staff insisted that i should stay on february 7th, while i'm obviously booked to stay on january 31st. i showed the agoda voucher to him, he can read on that paper that it is january 31st, but he kept saying, "you're booking for february 7th!" omg! is this some kind of punk'd or just for laugh or something? he still thinks that i was there for feb 7th and he thought i understand (while in this case, he's the one who did not understand), so he started to explained about all the room, and i said, "i booked for standard room," then he charged me the same amount of money i have already paid. because he thought i'm doing a go-show booking and neglecting my booking. omg! i got mad. and i insisted him to meet his manager. i was asking him to check agoda confirmation. voila! the next 20 minutes, he finally understand. phew! and there was no "sorry" stated or something. i don't care. i just want to sleep.... i was riding motorcycle, but the hotel only has open-air parking spot. it was raining that night, so i asked for a huge plastic bag to the staff, to cover my motorcyle, like they did to other motorcycle. but until i checked out, no plastic bag coming. my motorcycle left wet all night... in the morning, we have no water for two hours. i cannot took any bath, even though i'm in hurry. once the water flowed down again to our room, the water was dirty and stinks. and i need to wait for another two hours to have it clean. (and there is no hot water.) so clearly, this is not the place i am going to stay again."
