    “Townhome was nice. Very nice neighbors. As mentioned above all cookware needs to be updated. Pots and pans were scratche”

    The property has a modern update. It was decent.
    Things I don’t like
    Cooking utensils, knives, pots and pans were severely damaged. Equipment severely needs updated.

    This house is beautiful, makes you feel like you are at home is exactly like in the pictures. Close to beach, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. For sure we will come back.

    Things I like
    The condo was beautiful and well decorated everything worked and we had no issues with anything inside the condo. The community pool was very nice and being right next to an Alvin's Island was a plus. Great food and awesome Beach access is only a few minute golf cart ride away.
    Things I don’t like
    The only thing we didn't like was the amount of parking. We had two vehicles and rented a golf cart so parking was tricky. I wish the property had a spot just for golf carts since that's a preferred mode of transportation for the area.
