Run by a beautiful family that are always on hand and happy to help. Has a real home stay vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean - everything you need for a stay in kampong Cham. Breakfast included which is amazing value for money, also offer moped and bike rental for a good price. The food is a good price and tasty with beer on offer. Whilst we were here a traveller arrived without a booking and they rearranged the space to allow for him to stay in the communal area. A little bit out of the town but owner offers tuk tuk and can be found in town for $2. Perfect location to see the village and country side in all it’s glory. Also have a cute dog and can arrange bus tickets. Should be a higher price!

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The owners and family are very kind and helpful with arranging a tuk tuk. Bikes are available for rent. I really appreciated the balcony for watching the sunset.

Absolutely loved my stay at Sunrise Villa. Mr Thol and his family were willing to help with everything and the room was big, clean and a fantastic price. I especially loved renting a bike from them and cycling around the town! 10/10 would recommend.

We loved our stay here, we rented bicycles and it was such a joy to ride around the quiet streets. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. This place is fantastic value for money and I couldn’t recommend it more!
