8/10”

Quite new hotel, comfortable, clean. Helpful and nice staff. Far from the Bago center, but just by the road to Yangon. Wifi in some rooms. Rather weak breakfast. Could be cheaper.

In need of a clean but great staff”

Supreme Hotel looks great from the outside but the inside is run down and grimy. Rooms were dirty, walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and carpet had holes in it. However sheets were clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was great! We stayed two nights and we were served a different meal each morning; traditional and very tasty! Staff were great! On check-in, we were given a map of the area with great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel also offers a great tuk tuk tour of all the sites in the area. We departed at 8:30am, returned at 7:00pm and saw 8 sites, all for 5000Kyat + entrance fees (5000Kyat) + lunch (2000Kyat). Great value for money and highly recommend! If hotel cleaned the rooms and replaced carpet, I would score the hotel very higly.

Nice hotel and friendly staff”

A little far from the city center/main tourist attractions. However, incredibly to grab a bus back to YGN. Motorbike taxis aren't hard to get either. New hotel, so all the amenities are new too. Hot shower, which isn't always the case in at other hotels. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Not for foreign visitors”

The hotel itself was fine, though not close to anything you might need (banks, restaurants etc). I think the staff were trying their best but they spoke little to no English...we got the impression that they were not used to having foreign visitors. We tried to order room service but they just left it in the breakfast room without telling us...by the time we called reception and found oit it was ready it must have been sitting there for half an hour as it had gone cold.

Above average”

Staff is friendly but the boss wasn't very friendly. He tried to sell us a very overpriced tour and very expensive bus tickets and told us that this is the only possibility. That was before he gave us the room key. We refused and booked a much cheaper bus at the new bus station. The cleanliness could be better, the bed sheet had some spots and one of the beds was sloped. Above all, there were a lot of mosquitos inside the room.

you can find better at this price”

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our one month trip around Myanmar. I think you can find a better place at this price. The rooms in the ground floor are humids and the room was a bit dirty. One positive think, the breakfast is a buffet with salty and sweet. The staff in the morning is very nice! One important advice: NEVER book a bus trip with them! We asked for a bus ticket to mae sot to cross the border to Thailand and they called a guy who lied to us and riped us off! He gave us bad information in order to sell us his more expensive mini van ticket. It was supposed to be faster but it became a nightmare. Instead of arriving at the border at 4pm (9h drive)  and catch a bus to Chiang Mae at 6pm, we finally arrived at 8 pm (13h drive) and we almost got stuck at the border of Myanmar because the border closes at 8pm and it was our last day of visa... So if you want to finish or start your Myanmar experience in a positive way, don't go there and don't book a vus ticket with them! Hope this will help you

No service.”

I was there for 3 days and nights. They only cleaned the room on the second day after we asked them about 10 times. They did not offer to clean the room again on the third day. We asked for toilet paper because there were none and no tissues in the room. The staff brought us an old very small roll with a few sheets on the mini roll. When did not have any water pressure in barely dribbled out in the bathroom shower for 3 days.

Never Again!!!”

We made the reservation with a king size bed, once arrived there were twins bed so I’ve asked for a king size, the guy told me “there is not” it’s just about put the beds closer and cover them with king size bed linen you don’t need a proper king size bed but well, fair enough. The following situations didn’t help my revue at all. *it’s dirty (and we are two backpackers so we are not looking for luxury accommodation) *we didn’t have hot shower. *there was a geko in the room, we didn’t care about it but this little one was shutting in our bed linen. *only one person can speak English *no one is able to give advices about transport. *breakfast terrible, we actually had just a cup of coffee cause we felt like it was not hygienic to eat there. Absolutely this is hotel doesn’t worth the money we paid. One positive thing the WiFi is working perfectly

Tourisme ou affaire ? ”
