“A happy experience except during Check-in”

Superb location, cleanliness is seriously observed, all basic necessities are provided daily, including free water and dispenser for use at the hotel lobby, the room has decent size, lighting and interior design is professionally thought of. Only cons is that the reception lady gave me a hard time when checking in, saying that she cannot check me in because my passport name does not match my booking name. It is because I am using my Google account to log-in to my Agoda. Although I have proof that I am the same person as that of my log-in name in Agoda, she gave me a hard time and not being friendly at all. Although she did assist me after I explained to her which was only after i become really upset. I hope the reception staff would be more kind, and courteous. Otherwise the Hotel should not have accepted Agoda as its affiliate marketer if they would just reject the bookings made from Agoda. Agoda did not ask me to put my passport name so as to avoid such situations.

    “Excellent place to stay!”

Had an awesome experience staying here for 3 nights in HK. Great service. Check in was smooth. Got upgraded to a suite for free. The room was nice and spacious and had a great views. Our room got cleaned everyday even though we didn't ask for it. They didn't provide amenities but there was an electric pot and some coffees and teas. They also provide water jug that we can fill at their water station. This was helpful for us considering a bottle of mineral water is pricey here in HK. The hotel located in the heart of Mong Kok, near to Bus Station, MTR and convenience stores and other known places in Mong Kok. Would definitely back here if I had a chance to visit HK again in the future.

Stayed 2 nights in December 2024

    “Great ”

My family stayed for four nights. We had a room with a large double bed. And my two sons had the adjacent room with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean. Bed was made up everyday. They always offered to change the towels. We just changed one time because it wasn't practical to change towels everyday. Location was super great. Four MTR stations were very very near the hotel entrance. It's literally a 45 second walk to the nearest MTR exit. And the oyshr 3 exits should be around a 90 second walk. Theres many restaurants near the area since it's parallel to Nathan Road. The ladies Market shopping area and the sneakers Street is about 7 minute walk. I can't say enough about the location because it's really near everywhere. The whole hotel was clean. Staff were polite and kind. There were two refilling stations for your drinking water. They may not have complimentary bottled water. But they will give you a clean pitcher so you can refill drinking water. All in all, I don't have any complaints with the location and hotel itself. Will surely stay here when we go back to HK. For it's price, it's really worth it.

    “Highly recommended”

We loved our stay here since day 1. On our check in, when they learned we have a baby, they gave us a king bed. Room was very spacious. Housekeeper cleans our room everyday and greet us every time she sees us. We are also thankful that they have free unlimited water at the lobby so you better bring a tumbler that you can also bring in your tour because water in hongkong is so expensive. Location is also ideal, walking distance from yau ma tei station which is in the middle of everything, so many restaurants and street foods to choose from. Lastly, manager is so accommodating when we left a musical instrument in our room, they facilitated the shipment to our country. So so grateful! Will definitely choose again this hotel in the future!
