A beautiful stay...”
The Dwarika's Resort in Dhulikel is a gorgeous place. The view on the mountains is just spectacular. The spacious rooms (suites) are decorated in a beautiful style with local colours and absolutely clean. Service is flawless. Staff is extremely kind, forthcoming and welcoming. The range of spa services and the gastronomic restaurants were also great added value. Had the weather been a bit more clement, it would have been the more than perfect stay.

I booked Dwarika's resort for my parent's recent visit to Nepal. And i must say they had the best experience in both service and location. A special mention for the food prepared there. It's unbelievably fresh with perfect taste. The staff is warm and welcoming. I'm glad i booked this resort!

Extremely expensive ”
The resort is fantastic but nowhere does it tell you that you need to be extra fit to get anywhere or to do any of the activities. Day 1 we walked up 37 flights of stairs . You would expect a private balcony but you are overlooked by neighboring suites . For this price I want total privacy . The food is average and extensive. Once you are in the resort there is nothing around so you are stuck there . If that’s what you want then fine but we like to explore the surrounding area .one evening we decided to walk into town , about 30 minutes walk , we were shouted from reception,are you going out??? . They constantly ask you if you have eaten and actually call you to see if you want to book dinner , bringing the menus to your room . One night we had retired early and were asleep , to be woken at 9pm to ask if we wanted dinner . There are 3 restaurants but not all open at the same time . Choice is very limited . We ate at the hotel opposite which was excellent. The pool is not heated so even on a hot day is a shock to the system . I feel the resort needs to decide which clientele it is aiming for . With all the activities, yoga , chakra meditation, aryuvedic doctor etc , the holistic approach would be the avenue to go down but when there I didn’t feel this at all . All in all a beautiful resort but expensive. ( and I’m no cheapskate) hotels as beautiful as this and offering the same in Bali would be cheaper .

Best resort in Kathmandu Valley, amazing staff!”
We had an great time, the resort has 40 suites (big and clean) but you rarely see the other guests as the resort is big and so PEACEFUL. The staff is amazing trying its best to make you happy at anytime. We will come back for sure as it is very close to Kathmandu.

Fantastic in every way ”
This property spanning around 22 acres in the most perfect location outside of Kathmandu pampers all of the senses from the visual to the sublime. The staff is outstanding, the rooms encompass gorgeous views, and the food is some of the best in the world. Activities abound like a hike to the local farm, yoga, meditation, painting, spa, Pottery, or just lounging in one of the multiple forest sitting areas. Service and amenities are 5 star, this was one of the best stays we've discovered around the world. this will remain one of our greatest memories of travel.

Wonderful spectaculous place ”
They are expensive no doubt but if you have the extra money, please come here. If you can get 3 person in one room (we have 4 Pax and they didn't let us all stay in one room, eventho we can all fit comfortably, that's the only down side of this place), it will be cheaper for 3 and if I'm not wrong they provide two meals a days for you. They have so much activities such as pottery class, art class, meditation class and cooking class from their 100% organic farm. Food is so fresh and all for m their own organic garden! They also give you meaningful gifts and pay great attention to detail, definitely a true luxury resort! We will be back!

Luxury getaway, with organic food, yoga and a salt room”
This resort is very well appointed. We were very happy with the suite, the food and the facilities. Our favourite thing was the hot tub - and we loved the salt room too. What stood out the most though was the service from the staff. They were thoughtful and kind, as well as professional. Thank Dwarikas!

Honeymoon ”
All the good reviews about this place are true. It's was awesome. The view was hazy for several days. We could only see the Himalayas for a few hours over a 4 day stay. Not the hotels fault but it is worth noting... they had a lot of neat stuff to do for free - painting and pottery classes, cooking classes, yoga, etc. my wife and I loved our stay.
