Although it was peak season and I thought the price would be a bit expensive, it was a hotel that I really liked. 1. The staff were extremely friendly - When I asked about the view of the Heritage Room during check-in, they said it was a room without a view, but at the moment of disappointment, they changed it to a river view. A Korean staff member checked us in and was flexible in dealing with us. In addition, all the staff were kind and did their best to assist us. 2. Hotel condition - I was worried because the building was old, but there was no lack of facilities or cleanliness. Especially the exterior (night lighting) was so beautiful that tourists were taking pictures of the hotel as a background. When the river cruise passed by (especially at night), I didn't know how beautiful the hotel was. 3. Best location for accessibility to tourist attractions - There is a moving walkway on the first basement floor when going to Marina Bay or Fullerton Bay Hotel. Singapore's weather is hot, so don't wander around unnecessarily and use the hotel's underground passage to move to Marina Bay Park comfortably. You can walk to Marina Bay Sands Shopping Mall or Gardens by the Bay across the river, but it's so hot that you might get tired easily. We used Grab to move across the river. You need to move comfortably so that you can walk around Sands Shopping Mall or Gardens by the Bay without getting tired. 4. Convenience facilities - I can't forget the Singapore night view I saw while having a drink at the rooftop bar of the sister hotel, Fullerton Bay. I recommend the rooftop "Lantern Bar." It's a place to enjoy the essence of Singapore's night view while looking at Marina Bay Sands. The view from the swimming pool on the second floor was also good, so we used the swimming pool in the morning and evening. The fitness center was also good. * Our son, who said it was a waste to book an expensive accommodation, was so satisfied that he wants to use this hotel again next time. * I went to Singapore for the first time. The best thing about the hotel was the Marina Bay view from the room. The staff were also friendly, especially the Korean staff member at the front desk who was very helpful. Although the location was on the opposite side of Marina Bay from the landmarks, it turned out to be a good choice. Marina Bay was already experienced once during the visit to Gardens by the Bay, and it was a great location to walk to the center of Old City and enjoy a beautiful view every evening. The only downside was the facilities. As it was an old place, the shower facilities were a bit faulty, with water droplets falling from the showerhead every time. The breakfast was average, but everything else was perfect. Above all, it was a historically significant place, which was great. I would recommend this hotel.

My family and I decided to staycay at fullerton for 3 days. I booked the esplanade rooms which were so spacious and with an incredible view of the mbs. Toilets were sparkling clean and spacious. The staffs were friendly and warm. We had a situation with paint/varnish smell as there were paint works undergoing in another floor. After feedbacking, the hotel staff immediately tackled the situation and offered us a vacant suite instead. The dine credits were abundant for our wonderful room dine-in. Food was extraordinary with high quality. The parking coupon were very useful too. Will definitely recommend the hotel. Its worth every penny.👍
