Nice hotel. we had taken triple room facing the road side and we had beautiful river view and the dragon bridge. One of the best staff i have come across always helpful and supportive . proper location evening you can go opposite at river side and near dragon bridge. near by area with lot of coffee shops for money exchange isit the jewellery shop there is no proper forex shops.

Nosiest Hotel I have stayed in Southeast Asia”
I’m a seasoned traveller and have stayed in both expensive and budget hotels all throughout Southeast Asia. This hotel is right on the avenue full of bars and nightclubs. There is a dance club literally next door that blasts techno and hip hop as loud as they can up until 2-3am. It was impossible to sleep. And that is because we checked in on a Monday night, not a weekend. Then to make it worse as soon as the sun was rising it was non-stop cars honking and people yelling on the street. I was a frazzled mess in the morning. When speaking to the front desk about this, the girls literally just laughed. This might be a good option for you if you plan on being out drinking and partying all night. But if you want to get to sleep at a decent hour (even midnight) or want to sleep soundly, stay as far away as possible. I also want to add that the bed is very firm and there are no lamps in the room. So you either have to have the very bright lights on or have complete darkness. We booked a king room with a river view. Worst decision ever.

I loved my stay. When I arrived the receptionist told me about the bar and construction noise but honestly it wasn't bad at all. I only heard construction noise at around 11am on one of the days. The room is cozy, great location, fast wifi, comfy mattress. Really good option in Da Nang!

Best Deal in Danang”
This was probably the best choice in Danang for me. On my first day, there were only 2 of us in the dorm room which I was thankful for because I had to work in the evenings so it gave me space and quietness to do that. The next days, the room was getting fully booked but all my roommates were great. The capsule itself was spacious for me to sleep and work. It was comfortable and towels get changed regularly with a free water bottle. No problem with the bathroom as it was in the room itself. Bar on the rooftop was nice and the receptionists were all very helpful. Location was best just right in front of Han River and between the 2 main Bridges. Pubs and restaurants next to it. Wifi was strong, cleanliness was kept and the price was more than reasonable. Great Deal!

However,it seems there was a significant misunderstanding involving our staff during your stay. Allow me to explain somethings. You had made a reservation for a bed in the female dormitory, but upon your arrival, we only had one bed remaining on the top bunk. We suggested assigning you to the bottom bunk for your convenience, and we also offered the option to switch you to a mixed dormitory on the lower bed. However, you preferred to stay in the female dorm. There was a misunderstanding when our receptionist sought confirmation from their manager regarding the room change.We apologize for any confusion caused. And then we proposed a temporary arrangement where you stayed on the top bunk for one night and then transferred to the bottom bunk the next day. We regret any inconvenience caused by the language barrier during this process. Thank you.The Garden Team
