Nice hotel”
The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped organize a bus ticket for me, and car rental service. The gym and the swimming pool is very nice and functional, although the swimming pool water looks very green and not completely clean. The hotel room smelled a bit like sigarettes even if it was a non-smoking room, otherwise very nice hotel. Would stay here again.

Brown water = soured my opinion”
As gleaned from the title, the water was a dark dark brown on two different occasions. Staff casually told us to run the water for 10 minutes so it would go away. Didn’t sit well with me since had have a small child that we need to clean bottles for etc. Also, have been to 5 different hotels in Naypyidaw the past few years and never had this problem anywhere else. would be nice if they had more snacks / drinks available for sale at night as their aren’t places nearby. Restaurant didn’t look appealing. For the price, there are several other options in area that work better for us.

All facilities grossly overpriced and no staff can understand any English”
It cost 22000 kyats to rent a scooter for less than a day and my laundry cost 19000 for 2 shirts, 1 pair of shorts, and some underwear. Everything is so extremely inflated and they won’t tell you how much it will cost until it’s already done so you have no choice but to pay. It also took over 30 minutes for me to book a train with them on 2 different occasions and when I was finally ready to go it turned out they had booked a bus not a train even though they confirmed it was a train many times.

from my arrival until my departure the staff knew how to be helpful, to buy me a bus ticket, to do my laundry in record time or to order a taxi always with great kindness. the breakfast was very good too. the huge pool and well maintained! I highly recommend !

Die Lage ist OK und der Preis ist sehr angemessen. Das kontinentale Frühstück reicht gerade so, die Omlettfrau reißt es raus, das asiatische Frühstück war bis auf die Suppe kalt. Die Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand, geräumig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Teppich auf den Fluren könnte mal eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Der Pool ist gut. Ein paar Tage kann man es dort sehr gut aushalten.

Klasse Hotel zum kleinen Preis”
Die neue Hauptstadt von Myanamr verfügt nicht nur über bis zu 22 spurige Autobahnen (die praktisch ungenutzt sind), sondern auch, dank gute "Lobbyarbeit" über viel zu viele Hotels, die so praktisch unmöglich rentabel arbeiten können. Dazu zählt definitiv das Grand ACE, das wir, zusammen mit vielleicht 10 anderen Gästen nutzen konnten. Die ganze Anlage ist top, ebenso wir das Frühstück (inkl. Omlett-Mann). In der direkten Umgebung gibt es praktisch nichts, so wie in jedem anderen guten Hotel in der Stadt. Mit dem Auto lassen sich jedoch einige interessante Orte besichtigen (z.B. Nationalmuseum, Edelsteinmuseum etc.).
