Good Value, Comfortable Room”
The hotel name is actually Aster Hotel. Not Royal Ace. Nonetheless, the room I book, premier suite was was superb. Aircon was powerful, water pressure strong, very comfortable, large room and bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel. Well kept.

Very pleasant”
The Hotel Royal Ace is located south of Nay Phi Taw. It is a new hotel and just opened one month ago. Very nicely designed, clean and very good for conferences or business stay. The staff were excellent and most accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for business and conferences.

Lovely ”
Was there for 2 nights and it was a far better option than the pricy Kempinski and Park Royal Hotels but honestly, just as good for about 30% of the price. Special Rates for larger groups if you book directly through the hotel. For sure, my new favorite in NPT.

Nice hotel with excellent manager Mr Bo”
Normally I dont write reviews. me and my friend have been traveling on motorbike through Myanmar and book 2 nights in this nice hotel. Once we arrived, we was warmly welcomed and accommodated, in the evening we used swimming pool. During checkin we find out we actually need to stay only 1 night, staff told us, it is not a problem (hotel was almost empty). During checkout after 1 night we find out actually it was problem, and they didnt want to refund, so manager was called. And I have to say - this is such a nice manager, who really know what he is doing and he is in his place. Mr Bo, the manager, took care of our problem, explained everything, and agreed that we would be refunded, which happened and that was really nice end of our staying.

Having good stay for one night in this hotel. We met some guests during breakfast that we thought we were the only guests there. Staffs are great and helpful although some were difficult to communicate with in English. Price was considered more reasonable comparing to other hotels with same facilities in the city.

Nay Pyi Tong ”
In fact if you have to be in the official capital of Nyanmar and lookinf for an hotel you have a large choice. The Ace guesthouse is a big complex offering large well equipped room with a full service and faxcilities. The swimming pool is great with view of the moutains. Food is quite correct with a large choice for the breakfast. Price regarding the quality is good. Just a question : for what reason you have to be there: I mean this town dedicated to ministry and high administration?

Excellent service & yummy food”
We had a 5-days training programme in the hotel, so we lived there for 5 days, also had all 3 meals in the Jade Dining Restaurant. All staff members are helpful, nice, friendly and always wear a big smile. Service is excellent and efficient, room is clean and big, we felt very comfortable when staying there. The food in the restaurant is exceptional too, you can choose from Asian, Western and local Myanmar menu, all of them were very very good and the price is reasonable, we did not feel bored or wanna eat out but chose to stay and eat at the restaurant every night. We absolutely will miss the food. The gym and the pool are very good too. Good choice for us!

Business trip to Naypyitaw”
Pleasant and comfortable. Some comments: the hotel has three main buildings on the same site - the pool was not located at the same part that I was staying in - this required a short walk from one hotel to the other. Breakfast in the restaurant is limited if there are few guests and they do not put on a buffet breakfast (about half of my stay). The staff were very friendly and polite. Again, because this is a new hotel, and slightly off the main hotel strip, not many local taxi drivers seemed to know where it was (they confused it with the Hotel ACE - a kilometer or so away). A hotel card with a map would be useful to give to guests. My room was a two-room suite (Deluxe?) and was very comfortable, apart from over-firm pillows and some niggles with taps in the bathroom (auto tap with no temperature control on basin is a pain, and the bath cold supply lacked pressure (shower was enormous and fine). Internet connection was good.

A bit outside of the hotel zone in NPT but the room is very clean and the hotel is very quiet. Need some improvement on the breakfast selection though.

Nice business hotel”
We had a nice and comfortable stay here. Using my rewards points, the room rate became considerably cheaper. The armchair in the room was very comfortable, as were the beds. Breakfast in the morning was ala carte made to order, because there were very few guests. In fact, we were the only guests at breakfast early in the morning, however, by the time we checked out another couple of guests were having breakfast. The pool was also nice and I had a quick swim before we departed for the 5 hour drive to Yangon.

Staff very kind. Hotel have only 1 floor but have super wide area. Stay here is feel relax but traveling there is only taxi. however the hotel have hotel cars but you have to pay for fee.

Room is clean! Breakfast was simple and alright. Nothing great. Located near a shopping mall to meet your dining needs. But you'll need to take a taxi. There's a swimming pool (which needs some bit of cleaning and scrubbing) and a gym (which looks good). Naypyidaw is not really a touristic city, would not recommend you to visit unless you have the money to. Many sites are located far from each other and you'll need to book a taxi tour which is not cheap. Do check out the Uppatasanti Pagoda for a beautiful sunset.
