Very Pleasant Experience”
We had a lovely 8 night stay here. The staff were very helpful at all times and eager to please. The overall quality of the hotel was much greater than the price paid. The complementary breakfast was much better than a normal free breakfast and had a good balance of both Western and Asian choices. Being early risers we were there at the scheduled open time of 7 a.m. each day but found the staff was not entirely ready until 5 or 10 minutes later; a small matter as coffee and juice were always ready on time and gave us opportunity to gaze on the panoramic view of the city from within the penthouse restaurant or out on the large balcony seating area. The restaurant menu options for other meals is very good and the food of very good quality at low prices. As to location, we were pleased that the hotel is only 10 min. from the airport. However, there is little else in the area so a visit to any of the city sights requires a taxi, which is available just outside the door and is very inexpensive. It is also helpful to have a currency exchange facility across the street, as well as a large bank. We visit the city at least twice a year and will definitely return to this hotel from now on.

Basic business hotel near to airport”
Opened by Singaporeans, they serve Asian food like Bakuteh, Fried Kuew Teow & many more at their cafe. The rooms are clean but the furnitures are slightly old. It is a very basic hotel which is by the main road (Pyay Road). Environment is less hectic if compared to the hotels in downtown so you will get a more peace & quiet when staying here. They do have a spa & a pub to wind down. The hotel is close by small shopping centre/eateries such as Marketplace @ 6.5 miles, Junction 8, YKKO & slightly further will be Myanmar Plaza. This hotel is just 15mins from the Yangon International Airport so it is very convenient to catch your flight.

Business stay at KH Hotel”
Location was good as it was located out of downtown Yangon. Good for travelers who do not need to go downtown much. There is still some light traffic from the airport to the hotel in the morning. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were clean and presentable. Bed was comfortable and was not too noisy even though located next to main road. Daily breakfast was good and the spread for sufficient for business travelers.

Nice location, great staff in front desk”
It was a good stay - clean and comfortable room. The location was ideal as most of my work was in MICT park - it was quick and easy to access despite the bad Yangon traffic. Things that could be better were the rather limited choice at breakfast (pre adding dressing to some salads was not a good idea). The Chef's special chicken was over cooked and became tough. The water mixer in the bathroom needed patience to get the right degree of hot water - a little to one side left you scaled and a little to the other side left you cold

Nice staff and suitable if you just need a place t”
I travelled to Yangoon for business and I choose KH Hotel because it is located very close to where I would work. The hotel is located close to a big central road and within walking distance to Inya lake. The hotel is not very big, maybe some 70 rooms or so. With car it takes about 20 minutes to downtown and cost 3-4 dollars. The quality is what you would expect from a three start hotel. My room was well cleaned and had two single beds and a small TV plus safety locker. The breakfast is basic breakfast with scrambled egg and toast plus some marmalade with an option for Asian breakfast. Neither fantastic nor bad. If you are looking for a hotel as a base to either do some work or to just sleep in this is a good alternative. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are friendly and kind and provide good and attentive service. My main reason for putting the score at average is because I borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. Due to wear and tear the umbrella broke. I was charged ten dollars for the umbrella. I told the hotel they should not charge for these things, for example, if I sleep in their bed and the bed breaks down would they charge me for the bed in that case? This incident left me with a bad feeling and I hope that for next time an umbrella is broken they will handle it better. So, all in all a good place to stay at if you are on business and just need a place to sleep.

A Cosy Hotel”
I spent 2 nights here on a business trip. The room was big, mattress firm and the pillow was just the right firmness which is a very rare experience for me in hotels. Because of this was I was able to sleep soundly. The breakfast spread was not fantastic but adequate. The waiters although pleasant were not very well trained nor could they speak much English. However it was not a big issue. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and competent. Will I come back? Yes I definitely will :-)

Big & clean room with very nice staffs”
I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is near the airport. All staffs are very nice. The room is new, big and clean. Wifi works very well. The breakfast is okay. Only one comment is the smell in my room especilly on the first night. I'm not sure if it's from bad air circulation or else. Overall is good. The staffs are the best.

The hotel is smal but it has everything. Its very close to airport and not so far from city centre. Rooms and restaurant are very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, staffs are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!!

Great hotel, great staff, good food”
I have stayed here many times, I love it, the staff are amazing and the food is generally good. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for business travellers. The 7 Mile location works for me, but is all your business is downtown, then this location is not ideal. The only gripe I would have is the service staff in the roof restaurant are poorly trained and mostly interested in their mobile phones rather than serving customers. Not all, but most. The hotel will be closed from mid-April 2019b for about three months, for a full renovation

Convenient hotel for business traveler”
Hotel is on the main road and quite new. The staffs are good and very polite. The room is a bit too plain but good enough as long as it is clean. Breakfast is mixture of European and Asian foods which is so so but nothing to complain. The hotel is easy to reach and to find if your businesses are on the northern side of Yangon (close to the airport). It is quite far from city center and it will take a lot of time to go downtown due to the traffic.

Close to MICT and the airport”
I have no complaints about the place. Good staff, breakfast, room, hot water/shower. I used it as my base to work at MICT. I heartily recommend it if you need to work by MICT. I'd stay there again. The only drawback is there are not many reasonable (cheap) restaurants nearby. You got to walk about a mile or so up the road to '8 Mile' where there are more restaurants. 'Golden Duck' restaurant was excellent. It's across the street from KH and a mile up the road. KH's restaurant has reasonable set Chinese, Myanmar, Indian (veggie) meal at $5. I ate there sometimes if I didn't want to walk.
