“Acceptable”
The room is very small and rather noisy outside. A long walk to town through lots of roadworks. The furniture is way too big for the little space in the room. There’s only one light switch and nothing by the bed. The bathroom door locks it self and so you have to break in to it to use it if you lose this. Only a few sockets in the room. No food or local shops - a fair walk uphill into the city centre for anything.

“Disappointing”
The building looks amazing but some of the details are frustratingly poor. The only light switch is by the door, so you have to stumble in the dark back to the bed except the huge floodlights from the building site next door light the room up all through the night, as does the one light bulb that stays lit despite being switched off due to a earth circuit fault. There's no bedside table or light but there was a random table blocking your path to the bathroom. Can't blame the hotel for the building site next door but some of the details need desnagging for the hotel to live up to the building.

“A wonderful stay ”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. Specially thanks to Manager Rabby for giving us time. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and very good value for money. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
