Awesome!”
This place was PERFECT! The price was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The space was much larger than I expected for a hotel in Japan. The bathroom was nice- the tub was nice and deep! The staff were incredible and check in was smooth. The sweets and Japanese tea that are offered for your stay was a nice touch and the staff was interested in ensuring our comfort! The hotel is within easy walking distance to Canal City (large shopping center with food options) and there are restaurants and bars easily accessible!

101% I highly recommend this place especially for families. The room was huge with a couch. The room was clean and the staff was amazing! I didn’t get the names but shout out to the gentleman who checked us and the other gentleman who helped us with our luggages. Thank you for the amazing stay for our last day in Japan.

So good quality comparing to the cost”
This time I paid 3500 for 2 people for 1 night - Queen bed room. The price was so cheap that I couldn’t believe how amazing they could provide the service. The room was really spacious. All amenities and facilities are brand new. Welcome snack and tea service from 3pm to 10 pm. Friendly staffs. A bit far from the station, but located in the heart of entertainment area in Fukuoka. Highly recommend this place to those who come to Fukuoka to eat... Definitely stay again.

Great location & Room Size”
Saw this hotel had been newly renovated, and for the price for a triple with a big room, I took a chance. We loved the hotel- the bathroom was more than spacious, the beds nice and firm, the pillows generous and plump, and the location is perfect. The best part was the 5 course breakfast we included with our rate. Parking is directly in front of the hotel which is convenient for travelers who drive, and the outside space is nice to sit and have a drink. The only negative is the hotel doesn’t come with any amenities like onsen or gym, but everything more than made up for it. 10/10 would choose it again on our next Fukuoka trip. We booked a triple for 2 adults and 3 children (2,4,8), and the size was more than adequate. GREAT hotel!

Lovely hotel”
It's a very nice hotel, my room was quite nice and comfy however they provided a kettle but no tea or coffee in the room. They have a coffee/tea service in the main foyer during the afternoon but I was out and about then so didn't use it. It's about 20 mins walk from Hakata station, so not close but not far. It is however 5 mins from nakasu so if you are there on Friday - sat - sun you are close to really good street eats. The staff were very polite and some can speak English, though I didn't need that because I speak Japanese. All in all it's a good hotel. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good location ”
Good location for night life. Rooms are very clean. They do offer Overnight parking for ¥2,500 a night. Just get there early before they run out of parking spots. If you like late checkout, this isn’t for you then. This hotel charges a whole nights stay for late check outs. The Beds weren’t the best, but weren’t the worst. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll be using this hotel anytime we visit Fukuoka.

The Greatest ”
We are international couple who travel a lot. We've stayed quite a bunch of hotels and this hotel "The OneFive Terrace" is was really amazing. Specially the price was so cheap compare to the quality they got. Every little details about the room was unbelievably thoughtful. The location of air conditioner and the direction of the cold air, Bathroom tile, The middle door after entrance. Bed was firm and the staff was super amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and we will stay there again really soon for our families short trip to Fukuoka.

Location Location Location ”
We chose The OneFive simply for the location to Canal City. It made our commute to the restaurants and shops so much easier and convenient. Our room was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our vacations around Japan the past few months. 5 min walk to canal city mall. Hotel was exceptionally clean, close to many restaurants and 15 minutes by car to the airport. Will definitely stay again.

This was a really nice and convenient hotel, but the door handle to the bathroom fell off on the morning of check-out and we were unable to get into the bathroom. The staff suggested to use a nearby hotel's bathroom. We didn't think this was an acceptable solution as hotels usually have bathrooms in the lobby. Eventually a staff member went to repair the door. Other than that incident, this hotel was very nice and recommended. While it was not an issue for me please note that the staff only speak Japanese.
