Ground floor doubles all on west side, resulting in extremely hot afternoons. Room temperature hit 39 degrees as air-con was spoilt, but staff did arrange to change to another room. Room sizes were on acceptable, but bigger ones could be found easily for a cheaper price nearby.

I like this hotel”

The room is great, internet is OK, TV is great, I can watch movie from my HDD. Breakfast is good although they will server ala carte if the room occupancy is less than 15 rooms. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Brandnew hotel in the new capital”

The staff at the reception was nice and professional. Hope he could be more friendly. The room we stayed is new and in a very good condition. However, there was a smell of cigarette in our room. We didn't ask to change the room as we arrived quite late at night. The wifi also didn't work so the staff gave us a pocket wifi to use in our room. The breakfast was made to order and the service was impeccable. In the morning we asked the receptionists about our iterinary and they were willing to help though they were not very informative like other guesthouse we stayed before. All in all, the hotel is new and the staff are nice and can cope with the situations but need a bit more training to be more hospitable and informative.

Looking at the reviews thinking I'll find a good hotel in NPT. Surprise about the location far to restaurants and shopping mall. The staff is kind but don't understand and speak English. As I was more less alone in the hotel the breakfast was sinistrous and so so... Happily I was just staying one night there.

The best hotel we stayed at in Myanmar!!”

OMG brand new everything and good quality!! New mattress was the most comfort we had in 12 days, including places we paid $150/nite for! Good quality sheets, feather duvet, and 2 soft fluffy pillows each gave us the best sleep yet-9 hours straight! It also had the most tv channels and a good strong wifi signal! We failed to book our bus for the next day and cuz it was a Sunday the earliest ticket we could get to Yangon was for 6pm but the awesome staff gave us a free late check out at 4pm! And got our tickets delivered for us ($6.20 each to Yangon which took 5 1/2 hours) for a small delivery fee of $2. Best service ever! We could have ordered room service but we napped and watched TV instead. The only con is the smell of carpet glue, I suspect we were the first guests to stay in the room as they was not one spot scrape or anything! Loved it!

Good service were given by the staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice.

It was good to stay there. New and clean hotel. Not too many guest at the time I were there so breakfast were simple. Helpful kind people.

Excellent service”

The Director, Miss Moe, gave us a lift herself in the evening as we could not get a taxi. All hotels are in a hotel zone and it's best to get a motorbike taxi. Miss Moe and her staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. There were very few guests so we were treated extremely well. The WIFI connection was outstanding in terms of being in Myanmar. The bedroom was very good and it had a large shower room and sitting area.

Estabamos solos en el hotel y la manager, nos trató como si fuéramos de la familia, hasta el punto que nos llevó personalmente a la estación de autobuses a las cinco de la mañana. Increible! No me había pasado nunca tanta amabilidad!!

Parfait pour deux nuits ”

Nous sommes restés deux nuits en attendant de reprendre la route pour Yangon. L'hôtel offre des chambres propres spacieuses et modernes, mieux que la plupart des hôtels en Birmanie. Nous étions les seuls dans l'hôtel, personnel serviable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner classique mais le rapport qualité prix final est bon
