Hotel saved by a helpful staff”
Firstly, if you are looking for The Point Villa review, you can stop reading it. We have changed to The Ocean Villa upon arrival because they are under maintenance . The staff escorted us to another hotel. He also helped us to pay extra fee for the transport in changing the hotel. In the first villa, we find that the room smells like sewage and the staff helped us to change the villa. If you are a very clean person, I would not recommend to live in this villa. As the villa is surrounded by nature, you will see ants in the toilet and house. Yet, the villa is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is full of surprises. The staff will drive to the villa and cook the breakfast himself. We had beef Pho for the first day and Banh in the second day. The beach was near the hotel. There are a volleyball net and soccer goal in the beach. Yet, the hotel could not rent the volleyball or soccer. So, if you would like to play there, I would recommend you to buy one in town first.

We came here in December, so unfortunately the pool was too cold and it was not possible to swim at the beach as waves were to big. The villa was great and had everything we needed and the staff was really helpful and attentive. They were there fast to help us with anything we needed. The location was not so great though unless you are a golfer, there was no shops or restaurants outside of the compound so for all meals you were stuck with just 1 restaurant (we did not use the option of booking a butler to cook in the villa). There was no gym and only a small playground. It was easy to get to both Da nang and Hoi An, only 20 min by taxi. Overall we were happy with our stay, but next time we would choose somewhere closer to town.

저렴한 가격에 사기일까봐 조마조마했는데 사기 아님. 사진이랑 차이가 거의 없을정도로 괜찮아요. 세탁기는 예민하면 안쓰는걸로.건조대 있음. 욕실 실리콘 물때 살짝. 위치 애매한것 빼곤 대가족 단위 완전 강추~!! 방네개 욕실4개 화장실1개 직원 응대 친절함. 조식은 와서 차려줌(쌀국수) 나가기 거리가 있어서 배달K 열심히 사용중

다낭과 호이안 딱 중간에 있습니다. 적당한 금액을 지불하면서 풀빌라란게 이런거구나 첫경험 하기에 나쁘지 않습니다. 여섯이서 이용한다면 싸다고 할 수는 있겠네요. 빌라마다 차이가 있겠지만 그래도 음식 해서 먹을만한 환경은 됩니다. 프라이팬이 너무 낡았다고 하니 호스트께서 새걸 갖다주신 건 감사했네요. 호스트가 협조적이고 시설도 전반적으로 무난해서 좋은 경험이었습니다. 팁을 드리자며 여기 묵는 동안은 최대한 안나가는 일정을 계회
