They provide breakfast and also attached bathroom in all rooms..the location of the hotel is centre of George Town.. Easy access to all places including bus station and fast food such as Mcd.. Strongly recommend this place

Clean N away from buzy street. ”

Install more aircon at lobby area. Unexpected noises early morning (5.30am @3/1/2020). Ask the lady, she told me it might b birds inside the aircon tunnel. I thought it was a ghoust n came out to investigate. 11.30pm, some construction workers doing their work at the roof. Guest is still around and that slouldnt happen in future. Lot of Mosquitoes near the Red settee, mb need to look into it. Overall, recommend and nice place for family.

Main advice for any Penang hotel: book online a few days before. It one waits to rent upon arrival, the hotel may charge twice the rate that was offered 3 days before. I asked several hotels while wandering Penang, and they all agreed that the best rates are reserving a room about 3 days before arrival.

The hotel is quite clean but very old so the floors may not be so sturdy and creaks. We upgraded to deluxe room because it looked the best imo. The staff here are very friendly and helpful so its good service. Recommended for people who love heritage buildings.

Pros. Location is superb as it's in town and near a big hawker centre. Car park is available so that's a big plus for me. Staff friendly. Comfortable bed and pillow. I got the room for cheap RM 60. Cons. The room does not like the the pictures online. Toilet no door so another person have to wait outside when one is using the toilet. The Aircon/water tank made alot of noise through the night but we were so tired we slept through it. Bathroom clean but certain parts of the floor was a little moldy. Conclusion : worth the money RM 60.
