aber Einrichtung total veraltet und teilweise kaputt.Als wir ankamen ging schon mal das WLAN nicht,ist ja auch nicht so schlimm. Im Zimmer ist dann die Badtüre nicht aufgegangen,also kam jemand und hat das Schloss gerichtet.Im Bad roch es schon ein wenig streng,und neben dem WC stand ein Stössel....Wasser lief aber noch langsam ab.Nach dem Abendessen hatten wir auf einmal kein Wasser mehr für 2 Std, anscheinend war etwas kaputt.Mittlerweile ging das WLAN wieder.Leider ging jetzt unsere Toilette nicht mehr,und es lief auch nichts mehr ab.Es wurde uns dann für den nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer versprochen.Neues Zimmer durften wir dann ab 11 Uhr beziehen,sah aber genauso alt und verhaut aus als das vorige. Geruch im Bad hat sich auch nicht verbessert. Waren froh als die 2 Tage vorbei waren. Im Nachhinein weiß ich jetzt wahrscheinlich warum das Bad zugesperrt war,wegen der defekten Toilette...... Wir hatten einen Standard Room.

Wi-Fi繋がらない。breakfastのオレンジジュースにコバエが入っていた。 電動カートはない。シャワーの水量は良いが水捌けが悪いので少量でしか使えない。シャワールームの黒かびとエアコン内部の黒かびは清掃されず放置。エアコンの風が頭部に直撃する。breakfastは前日の夜までにオーダーする。

จองให้พี่สาวไปพัก คืนนึง แค่นอนพัก เพื่อไปต่อ วันรุ่งขึ้นค่ะ ปรากฏว่า พี่บอกว่า น่าจะ รีโนเวท จากตึกเดิม บางจุด เลยดูเก่า สภาพของประตูห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ เหมือนจะ ไม่ได้เช็คว่า มันอยู่ในสภาพปกติ หรือเปล่า เพราะเหมือนว่า จะใช้งานได้ค่อนข้างลำบาก มียุงกัดด้วย แต่พี่สาวชมว่า ห้องใหญ่ ที่จอดรถรถกว้าง พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ ก็หยวนๆกันไป ราคาไม่แพงมาก ก็ อยากให้ช่วยปรับปรุง เช็คสภาพการใช้งานต่างๆของห้องพัก ให้ดีค่ะ

การพูด กริยาท่าทาง การให้บริการแย่มาก โดยรวมที่ตั้งของที่พัก ห้อง ความสะอาดก็เหมาะกับราคา พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นผู้หญิงมีอายุ พูดจาไม่โอเคมากๆ ได้ห้องพักที่ไม่พร้อม พอไปแจ้ง บอกว่าห้องยังไม่เสร็จแล้วเราเข้าไปทำไม ทั้งที่พนักงานเป็นคนยื่นกุญแจให้ การอธิบายรายละเอียดที่พัก ตำแหน่งห้อง คือห่วยมาก คงไม่แนะนำใครให้พักค่ะ แลเหมือนทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้แคร์ลูกค้า กลับไปอ่านคอมเม้นรีวิวใน google ก็คือไม่ปรับปรุงเลย

위치는 너무좋은 호텔입니다. 엘리베이터가 없는거와 에어컨이 많이 약합니다. 직원에 말하면 충전해줍니다. 그리고 !!!!! 밤에 일하는 남자직원 아주 싸가지가 없고 자기 마음대로 하려고 합니다!!! 고객의 요청을 귀찮듯이 이런직원은 채용을 금지 하세요 이직원원 때문에 너무너무 호텔 이미지를 망치고 있습니다. 이직원이 있음 다음 고객들에게 소개도 하지 않을것이고 다시는 가지 않을꺼 같아요!!!!
