Grumpy at reception all the time”
I only stay here because it is across from a mall that provides a couple of choices for dinner and a grocery store, so then not being stuck with just the hotel restaurant. I will try the one across the street next time, however, because I am tired of the grumpy reception, by people who can barely speak English, which is forever the case. The rooms are basic but with only single beds, and the gym is excellent.

Welcomed to a Broken Room”
We arrived at 11:30pm to a room with a broken lock, walls decorated with bloody swatted mosquitoes and dirty hand prints, a broken toilet, and a leaking a/c. We did move to a cleaner room, but it was still moldy and with a leaking a/c over the toilet seat. No compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast is pretty good, and the pool and gym are very nice. If you get a decent room, it’s a good place to stay.

No large bed option, single mattresses like lying on a board, very uncomfortable. Staff poorly trained, and not accommodating. Breakfast supplied was very basic quality, took very long time to check in and out.
