"This being my 9th trip to Taiwan, I have stayed at a number of hotels from 5 star to 3 star. I would rank this as one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Taipei. I had orgininally booked for 3 days but ended up staying a total of 6 days. The location in excellent with the Ximen MRT station exit 5 just outside the hotel. The rooms are very modern and the bed is very comfortable. This is a new hotel and there are still some renovaitons in the lower level but nothing to be a hinderence at all to your stay. I have only some very small comments to make but once again nothing to be overly concerned by. The lip on the shower floor is quite low so the water does not drain away as quick so need to be careful of the water flowing over to the floor. While ther rooms are very spacious there is no where to put your luggage except on the floor maybe the room could have a stand that you can put your luggage on. The breakfast is delivered to your room from an external supplier. Not really to my liking as it was cold. I would have preffered maybe some pastries than the american style that was delivered.. My final comment and this is not a critisicm of this hotel but of most in taiwan. I would like to see an iron and ironing board in the rooms. Overall I must say I was very impressed with this hotel and the staff. I will definately be booking this hotel again on my next trip."

"I come to Taipei on average twice a year to visit family, so naturally we pick hotels which are relatively close to the residential area where my brother lives. And that often means a hotel which is a bit remote and less equipped to cater for international tourists. Chaiin is none of those. We were pleasantly surprised when we got off the taxi to find that it was right above the MRT (Dongmen Station) and across from Yong Kang Street, where great shops and eateries (both street stalls and restaurants) can be found. If you get up early enough, the fruit market just behind the hotel would be a treasure trove for the wonderful Taiwanese fruits. Having stayed in so many hotels in Taipei, the breakfast buffet of Chaiin was undoubtedly one of the best. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. "

"Hotel is 2 minutes walk from subway station and it is located above the wanhua station (train). It is new and everything in good condition. bed really comfortable. The staffs are helpful, polite and funny. The toilet is quite small. My knees almost touched the door when i sit down. I think we got more than what we paid, considering this is a new 4 stars hotel in Taipei"

"Booked this hotel for 4 nights.. rooms are a bit small but sufficient. Decor was modern eclectic and the property is well tended. Hallways and rooms smell good and is very clean. I recommend getting the room with a view, we did, and we didnt regret it. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 2 minute walk to the NTU Hospital MRT stn or a 10min walk to the Taipei Main Stn. The hotel is just beside the Taiwan National Museum, the Peace Park and about a 5 minute walk to the Presidential Bldg. Very conveniently located, but very quiet neighborhood as well. We didnt book breakfast as we dont want to get up early but there are a lot of cafes close by for bfast if you want. Toiletries and towels are replaced daily and it looked fancy and of quality as well. Perhaps the only whim I had was that there was no creamer or sugar with the coffee and tea provided in the room and we had to make a request everyday to get it. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable and will surely be back"

"The kids loved it. They just wanted to stay in the hotel the whole time and not go out to the very close (across a parking lot) Yehliu GeoPark and Ocean World. The staff was great and extremely helpful. The one thing I did not like was that few people were taking many Covid-19 precautions (except in the kids' play area, where everyone had their temperature checked, hand sanitized, and wore masks, which was great). Naturally, this is Taiwan, and there are no confirmed local cases. But we went during a big traveling holiday, and it would have been nice if people had worn masks and social distanced at check in. The breakfast buffet also made me a bit nervous. Lots of people, no sneeze guards, and everyone using the same serving tongs over and over again. I wouldn't have thought twice about it before Covid-19, but it I could make a recommendation to the hotel, I would request that they think about how to better manage the breakfast buffet or offer other breakfast options for people who are shy of going to the buffet but still would enjoy a breakfast at the hotel. For young kids, though, this was a great place. My son could drive the toy cars around and around for hours, and the hotel was next door to several seafood restaurants and close to the interesting Yehliu sites. "

"A very nice weekend in Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao! Last year until last week, I have stayed in Ceasar Park Hotel Banqiao for more than 10 nights! As a frequent customer of Ceasar Park Hotel, I would like to make this comments: Compared with other 5 stars hotels in Taipei, I think the facilities, decoration, hospitality standards are greater than many other 5 stars hotels in Taipei. I may suggest other visitor who will choose this hotel for staying, Please compare the Agoda price, also the hotel website. I think you will have a customized package with affordable price!"
