Find hotels near Tho Quang in Da Nang, Vietnam

Beyond my wildest expectations. We booked a suite on Sky level, not cheap but not ridiculous either. The luxury overwhelmed us. I have travelled a lot and this was the best room I have ever had, period. We were relaxed and felt indulged. Only downsides were room service breakfast was ordinary and the pool area is small for the size of the resort and has very few guest lounges. We were invited to the GM cocktail party and to our surprise, on leaving, were greeted at the Da Nang Airport by a hotel representative, guided through security and shown to a divine intercontinental private lounge for free food and drinks while we waited for our flight to Ho Chi Minh. This resort is not dear nor cheap. It makes the average person feel something special. I recommend highly.

Very good stay. But due to the ocean current some trash can be swept close to shore. Don't worry it seemed to only linger for a short while. We could always see schools of fish in the water, wish I had a fishing pole. The restaurant seemed to be under stocked, but maybe his was due to non-busy season. Great food tho. Love waking up to breakfast in the ocean. Loved the beach which is very private, and we had it to ourselves most of the time. It's about a 15 min cab from danang downtown, but if you keep your villa stocked, there is little reason to go into the city.

It's a small hotel at the end of the busy beach promenade. That's why you can enjoy delicious seafood for a very small price there. Within 5 minutes you will be at the beach. Just consider the area where you are allowed to swim as high waves could be dangerous. Disadvantage of the hotel is that you will have to go by taxi to the town because of the distance. Nevertheless Taxi is very cheap so no problem if you want to spend your time at a not so busy and touristic area of the beach promenade. The staff also arranged two nice bikes when we decided to go by bike to the marble mountains and helped us a lot with every request we had. Next to the hotel is a little market where you can get fresh fruits and other food (bakery etc.) for local prices. Unfortunately the water wasn't so hot as we liked and the bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable regarding to size, wetness and opportunities to lay down towels etc. But all in all we would recommend this place because of the more local surroundings and the friendly staff.

This Hotel is far out the way from the rest of the hotels, but its an interesting experience if you want to know how locals live but with a hotel/house feel, close to the seafood restaurants that are cheapest in Danang and authentic. Close to the fishing spot areas, so it does smell like awful seafood when the wind is blowing inland. Its a new hotel, so it will be a matter of time to see how it develops.
