Very convenient, very comfortable, very clean. Nicely presented hotel with some cool design elements, right in the centre of town We were on the third floor, which was actually quite high! But the kind staff offered to carry my bag :)

Phnom Penh holiday”
This is a great hotel in the heart of the busiest bar area . It’s in the Main Street but just about 2 blocks away so it’s quiet enough to still relax in your hotel room without all the bar noise . There is so much food and markets in a 5 min walk from the hotel . The rooms are cleaned everyday and the beds are comfy with fresh linen . The prices are amazing for what you get at this hotel . Staff are very helpful and have no problem helping out where they can . Would definately stay here again without even considering another hotel when I come back again .

I stayed one night, coming from Sihanoukville on the new road, so it took only 3 hours to arrive at the hotel. The staff are very friendly, and helped book a taxi for me the next morning to the airport for $15. There is no elevator in the building, so walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor isn’t a problem.

Quiet and comfortable ”
This was a friendly, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. The room was large and while simply furnished, it was more than adequate for our 8 day stay. Be warned the bed mattress is firm- I like it that way, but may be uncomfortable for some. The shower does not have a fixed showerhead- only a handheld- but it was hot and good spray so more than adequate. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and surprisingly it produced a good blast unlike so many of those hotel blow dryers attached to the wall. The toiletries were interesting…a comb, 2 disposable toothbrushes plus paste but no shampoo. Plenty of places within walking distance to purchase shampoo, but I found it odd that there were 2 brushes and nothing for hair (except the comb). I asked to be on the highest floor- 4th floor- so I got in some exercise every day. But if hiking up and staircases is not your thing, request a low floor.

Best budget hotel in city center ”
They gave me an upgraded room at the check in time. Th room was big and clean, had balcony as well. Aircon was perfect. They worked really hard in building this unit , can see the effort in every detail of the building.

Just Perfect for My Needs”
Not too big, not too small... Recently updated/re-opened. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view from my room and balcony. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Phnom Penh. This place and the location got me excited to visit the city again. Wish I was there for more than one night.

Amazing staff”
I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Unfortunately my room had no fridge, but it wasnt a major issue for my short stay. I did not like the door buzzer that buzzed 4 times for each person. I was on the first floor and it was a loud and a little annoying early in the morning. But I would certainly love to stay here again soon.

My new favourite hotel in PP”
2nd visit to this hotel. The price, the location, the nice room and the friendly helpful staff now makes this hotel my favourite budget hotel in Phnom Penh. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower over the bath, I prefer just a shower. On my previous stay, the bathroom was spacious with shower only. But anyway still my favourite hotel. See you again soon.

Lovely rooms ”
The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely modern and spacious. We had a balcony which was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the air con worked well, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The only downsides were: the WiFi doesn’t work too well, the shower didn’t get hot (though this wasn’t an issue as we were warm anyway!) and there was loads of ants in the bathroom so we couldn’t leave anything in there, they were coming from the wall and they moved into the bedroom! The saving grace was that we had 2 beds so we could sleep in the one furthest away. Also there is no lift so if you are on the top floor like we were it was a lot of stairs to the top with our heavy backpacking bags. Not a deal breaker for just a couple of nights for us though. Overall, we would stay again and it was just the ants that were the main issue for us!

Great staff and facilities”
This hotel is a little out the way of the centre but still walkable in 15 minutes or less and there is always a tuk tuk outside if you need one. The staff were fantastic, the pool was great and our room was a good size with a comfortable bed.
