Exceptional”

Can't complain to have stayed in this hotel. Everything in Nampo-dong is within walking distance (Yeongdo bridge, Lotte department store, Gwangbok Road, Nampo Station, Jagalchi market, BIFF, Gukje market, Bupyeong market, Busan Tower etc.) It is also a 2-minute walk from bus station to Taejongdae. It is wonderful to have a CU store without leaving the hotel building in case you get hungry at midnight or have forgotten to bring any travel necessities. Service is incredible that the staff have no problem communicating in English and allow you to order fried chicken!! The room is spacious and very clean. The electric sockets are international so no worries for missing any adaptors. Night view towards Namhang bridge and Busan Tower is available from the 8/F observation deck. If you are keen on having nice views from your room, don't hesitate to spend slightly more to reserve a better room given its low-already price!! Would definitely stay again with this hotel!!!!!

Location great-fantastic views; most comfortable bed in Korea!”

We stayed at the Value Hotel Busan in October, 2018. It is clean and new and fantastic. The view from our room was amazing. The bed is the most comfortable mattress, pillows and linens I’ve found in Korea. Absolutely yummy. The bakery in the hotel makes delicious coffee and pastries. The buffet breakfast is very good and the dining room and is located on the 24th floor of the restaurant, with 360degree views of the harbor, mountains and city. Easy walking to the Nampo shopping district and fish market.

Great location”

This is my first visit to Busan, so I seriously consider the shuttle bus service from airport to hotel. After leaving my baggage in hotel room, I can reach nampo metro station within a few minutes' walk via a bridge. In addition, I enjoy having buffet breakfast on the 24/F restaurant, where the harbor views are fabulous.

Nice hotel”

This is a good choice for people who looking for some premium one and can enjoy the night view ~ however, if you want to have bathtub, please remember to request it, as a deluxe twin room doesn't means that a bath tub is must included. However, since we need to cross the bridge every time to go to Nampo, we will get wet easily when it is rainy day as we need to walk about 6 mins from Nampo metro to this hotel. Overall we like this hotel and would like to use it again in the future.

Great location and spacious room”

The room was nice and spacious. Very modern and comfortable. Location was great, a stone's throw to Lotte Mall which has everything. Lotte Mall is also connected to Nampo station so it is very easy to get to the subway. There is a main shopping street about 10min walk away, when you exit from another exit at Nampo station. Staff was helpful and can speak English well. Will definitely consider this Hotel again.

I like its location. Bus stop right infront. We went by bus to discover busan. Sub way is very near too. Fish market and streetfoods and local market is just over the bridge. Massive lotte mart is just 100m away. So handy!!! I will stay at this hotel next time in Busan. Thank you.

Helpful reception staff ”

We had accidentally got our previous triple room cancelled due to an unsuccessful payment deduction. Only to realise that the night before we head to Busan from Seoul. Had to quickly book other rooms that are available and ended up with 2 different room types for our 2 night stay. Considering the fact that we will need to check out and check in again after our first night stay, the reception staff offered us the better room type for two night straight and saves us all the trouble ! Thank you for the kind offer. View is great from the room, near to the subway station and Lotte Mall. Nice place to stay at!

I really liked staying here. I got a very nice harbor view, friendly staff, close to everything... fish market, park, shopping streets, Lotte shopping mall and just 8 min walk from Nampo metro station. For those who has heavy suitcases, you should get off at Exit 8 of Nampo metro station then go through the Lotte Shopping Mall to take an elavator to go up to the street side (next to Exit 8). It took me a while to figure out where the elevator was.

Location good, facing Lotte mall & Yeongdo bridge. 5mins walk away from Nampo station, exit 8 (no escalator or lift at this exit). If you have big luggages, go into Lotte mall at basement (just beside exit 8), take lift to level 1, turn left of the lift lobby & exit at 1st entrance of the mall. Turn left & you shall see bus stops & Value hotel just right infront.

The best receptionist I have ever meet in Korea!”

The male receptionist while we check in and help us to save our luggage is very friendly. Not only interpreting the location of nearest bus stop and inform us the shutter bus info. to Busan station. Even though we didn't catch the bus , the young lady at the front desk help us to call a taxi and help us a lot! That is a really great experience to stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to our friends!!

A pleasure to stay at”

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Conveniently located near Nampo Station, this hotel is well connected to major attractions and the facilities are all in order as advertised. I hope they do keep up their high standards in ensuring that guests remain comfortable.

Staff were so friendly and helpful for calling taxis for us. The quality of the room for the amount paid was above what I expected! Awesome hotel, would stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Busan!

Good Choice”

Clean, quiet, spacious and with a great view from our Seaview room. Location is convenient, close to subway station, Lotte Mart, and Nampo. Definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Great harbour view hotel ”

It is enjoyable to have breakfast in the 360 degree harbour restaurant on 24/F though there is little choice of foods. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from exit 10 of Nampo Station & considered to be convenience if you are not carrying big luggage.

Good location & spacious room”

Just 5mins walk from Nampo station exit 8, facing Lotte mall. Room was very spacious that can fit 3 pcs of 24" luggages & sufficient walking space too.

Good location. close to shopping area and few major attraction in Busan. 1 good thing is hotel provide free laundry machine, just need to paid for detergent. Room is clean and a good view to the harbor.

I loved the seaside view from our room and the proximity to Nampo-dong. The staff was very friendly. Plus, the bakery on the first floor was delicious!

Good location,near nampo area”

Location is good, near nampo station(10mins walk). Basically near to BIFF square and got lotte mart nearby. 2 stations away from Busan Gamcheon Culture Village. One of the male staff is not friendly, show us poker face and give rude reaction when we checked in and asked about taxi service for earlier departure from hotel. One staff can ruin all your image, hope hotel management can train their staff. Room is old and look dirty, and not match with the price i paid. The only good thing is the location and harbor view from room.

Location is good. Near to the Nampo Station and Lotte Mall, about 5 minutes walk. It’s also near to BIFF, about 15 minutes walk. The room is clean and nice but the pillows are too soft.

Descent hotel in a great Iocation”

This a good hotel in a really great location - just a few minutes walk from the fish market, shopping areas, and 5 minute cab ride to Busan Station. The breakfast buffet is sufficient, with on of the best views in the city. And the bakery on the first floor is absolutely amazing! Our biggest complaint was the inability to cool our room (the heat was kicked on the whole stay), despite being given a fan from the front desk. I never understand why hotels choose to control the entire temperature of the building from a central location and not give guests the option to use A/C or heat depending on their own preferences. That, and the rock-hard mattresses made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We were also disappointed in the so-called “bar” on the upper floor. While you could get beer on tap or a glass of wine, the only liquor you could purchase was by the bottle. We chose this hotel was for this lounge with the hopes of sipping a nice cocktail from the stellar view.
