Exceptional”
Stayed for 2 days because of appointment in Naha very early in the morning. Enjoyed the stay. There were some covid measures so I was not able to meet a staff member, but emails were promptly responsed. There was a free parking lot in the first floor.

Villa Coast Nishimachi - Guesthouse in Okinawa- A unique and very clean and convenience hotel in Naha, about 4 km from Naha airport and 10km to the south beach and less than 2 km to the west coast (beach). Family mart is about 10 meters away from hotel, Jack 88 steak house is about 300 meters away and Nanminsan is near by. Car parking is free, of all about 8 seats. This trip I have found the mattress is dented all over ( two separated beds) and becomes very soft and I don't like the mattress. Hope my next trip, I can sleep on a flat mattress. Thank you.

Good Option”
my only thing is that the free parking inside the building is really tight and it is always full. They should assign parking for paid customers. that's just my opinion. I would rent again even though location is a little far from main areas of Naha.

Overall nice place to stay, with balcony to dry your clothes. Parking may be limited though.. but theres a paid carpark nearby if the one at the villa is full.

Nightmare hospitality experience ”
Promises were broken... Information mostly only in Japanese... I didn’t get what I paid for... Apartment not clean & noisy... No bath amnesties... No one cares and offer any refund after complaining... Sagging mattress... Can’t believe the good reviews...maybe different apartment...

Comfy, Friendly, Easy access, Truly enjoy the stay”
From the first moment when my daughter and I were welcome by very friendly and helpful receptionists who spoke fluent English, we felt great already. Then we went up to discover that our non smoking medium sized apartment had a spacious bedroom with bathroom, toilet, washing machine, a kitchen and a balcony with a city view. Fantastic..Wow...As an architect, I admired a design layout. We also discovered that it was a pleasant walk from the villa to a nearby monorail station, there were nice local shops and restaurants all around. We felt very safe to wonder around Naha city, nice and polite people everywhere. It's an educational trip for my 12 year old daughter to experience wonderful places and people. Okinawa, what a pretty tropical island, we took a tour around the island especially Chuaruami aquarium. For a week, we really enjoyed staying at the villa. Still so many things to see.Yes, we will be back at this cute,comfy villa again.

Excellent hotel staff service”
Although we admitted at night time and the password provided for us was invalid, the staff also come to help after off duty. Also, I'm a new driver that cannot parking well , the staff came to help at night time. It was the first time our family visited Okinawa, we felt happy, warm and safe in Villa Coast Nishimachi Guesthouse. Again, thanks all of your professional, polite,helpful service.

Apartment is very clean. It has a computer cum TV for you to use and do research. Location is very near to Kokusai Street and MariCar. Parking space is very limited but u can park your car in a public carpark in less then 1 minute walk for affordable price. Highly recommend Villa Coast Nishimachi.

Everything you need”
Villa Coast is immaculately kept and has everything you need in a very compact space that never feels small. It is a small distance to the centre of town, maybe 15-20 minute walk. It was a little hard for taxi drivers to find for some reason, even when I showed them in Japanese. Naha is a lot of fun, the bars and restaurants just off the main street are a lot of fun. I highly recommend Villa Coast.

Young hostlers with good English communication. Room/studio is small but with washing machine, fridge, cooker, free internet and wifi. That's very valuable for the rate. 100% suggest peoples to stay here. And i will promote to my friends too. We went Okinawa with car rental, so the Villa location are no problem. Only the parking fees are so expensive. Nice hostlers found my lost ring in room too.

Clean & value for money ”
My parents liked this place so much!! (We stayed at 3 diff hotels in Okinawa) it was clean, as all Japanese places are. Wasn’t too hard to find driving with Google maps. Free (limited) parking. 30mins walk to Kokusaidori Street, which we actually did walk. Only con was that there isn’t rly anything to eat for breakfast near by. Overall, would consider returning :)

I totally enjoyed my stay there. It's very near to Naha Airport (walking distance from nearest railway Asahibashi) and walking distance to main street Kokusai too. We walk to Kokusai / Makishi area every night for delicious food and shopping. A lot of convenient store nearby like Family Mart and Lawson, some nice dining places around for your exploration too. The room was more than what we expected. It't understatement to call it a "room" since you can call it a fully furbished apartment if you want. We had a room with Internet connected computer, free wifi, TV, bathtub, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle. And yes, with complimentary detergent for you to wash your clothes. so you can always travel light if you stay with them. And that's not all, in the common area there's complimentary clothes dryer too so your clothes after washing are ready to wear again immediately. The room was cozy and warm with wooden floor. Our hosts are well English spoken, super friendly staff who always try to assist you whatever way possible. Thank you very much for making our trip memorial!

the best hotel i've ever been”
the room is spotlessly clean and tidy the location is good, just 10-15 mins walk from monorail station. and there's a convenience store near to the hotel. if i ever go to okinawa again, it'll be my first choice for sure. the staff is nice and respond to my needs promptly!

This is a very good place to stay in Okinawa . U won't regret to stay here ! A beach and MTR satation are a walking distance to arrive . Parking and convience store is available . Restaurants are multiple choices around . The room is clean.

Good guesthouse and highly recommend”
The place is neat and clean. Even it is not close to the shopping area, but it only takes around 25 minutes walk to the shopping area actually. Besides that, the staff are very helpful. The only thing i would said not good enough is car park. It only provides approx 9 parking slots for the guests and it is not enough for all guests who driving in Okinawa.

Amazing and cozy”
This place is like a home. I would like to spend more time here instead of changing hotel. Very convenient and close to monorail station. I wish I had a longer holiday in Okinawa. Will definitely revisit and stay in this hotel next time.
