I stayed at Vinpearl Imperia Hai Phong for my short trip to visit my family in Hai Phong. My room was on 35th flr with a very nice view. The room was big, clean. Breakfast was delicious with many dishes. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This is a very new hotel with everything that one would expect from a 5-star hotel, a big GYM, 40m lap pool, spacious room and bathroom, great service and many restaurants and a market in an adjacent mall.

The hotel staff are very professional. The building is on a shopping center but a bit far from other parts of town but you can taxi/grab it. Beautiful Deluxe King room w tub and corner view (double sided) on high floor. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. But you pay for all this , still not bad for quality of service/room.

The facility is the best in Hai Phong compare to other 4-5 stars hotel here. Room is large and clean. Can walk to supermarket within 2 mins. A little far from city center. However, you can find taxi here easily. The front desk is friendly. Will stay here also next time
