“This Hotel is NOT 5 stars”

This hotel is dirty, crowded, and noisy. The carpets and furniture were heavily stained, the rooms lacked all amenities you'd expect of a 5-star hotel, and there was loud bass pumping into our room in the evening. On top of that, the rooms are cramped, controlled by buggy technology, and they offer nothing more than your typical Hampton In or other 3 star hotel. Lastly - the breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel to date. Virgin Hotels are should not have a 5 star rating.
