I didn't want to leave Vert Lagoon!”

Wonderful surprise on my first stay, for a conference in the hotel. Everything was superb: The room with spectacular view, cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, and delicious food. The only thing I didn't like was having to check out and end my lovely stay!

Great Overall Experience!”

Shout out to Julie at reception for being so helpful! She had us checked in within no time and even gave us an upgrade! Overall great experience and accommodations, the only small downside is that its a long walk to the beach, but there's a bus stop across the street that takes you to a few minute walk away

The place wasn’t as clean as I’d wish it would be. We had the prior visitor’s food leftovers in our balcony, we did not get robes. When we asked for things from the reception we had to ask a few times, and it still didn’t happen (unless we took action...) Over all we had a fun time, but it was pretty pricey🤷🏽‍♀️

Nice hotel, several restaurants on site on adjoined and decent pool”

So this hotel has many things going for it , ocean views and just over the road from the beach. Good restaurants and 25m pool with sundeck. Unfortunately my room WiFi..7th floor...was patchy and slow, althiugh in the lobby and lounge it was fine, the pool is only.open 9 to 5pm so if you are working then you will sturggle to use it qithin the operating hours....a major lack of foresight

We traveled as a couple and were very pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the location on the beach was beautiful. Special shout out to Sandra from the house staff- she was very friendly and helpful! Recommend highly! Enjoy!

Pfff ”

Un établissement israélien encore pas du tout à la hauteur international. Le bar qui se ferme à 10h. Le spa qui finalement est payant même si on a une chambre, il faut payer le sauna et le hammam. J’appelle pour avoir un late check out parce que je suis arrivé à 1h du matin, la veille, mais je n’ai à même pas la fin de ma phrase que elle me raccroche au nez en me disant que c’est non ! Un petit déjeuner très moyen bref je recommande pas du tout pour le prix

היינו לילה אחד הגענו באיחור של שעה לצאק אין בגלל פקקים שלא באשמתם אך גם כשהגנו כ40 דק טרטרו אותנו עם מפתחות לא נכונים וחדר שלא ביקשנו כך שהחליפו לנו חדר 3 פעמים ובזבזו לנו את הזמן המועט שיש לנו לא מספיק גם הפינוי חדר ב 11 כאילו שילמנו מלון רק בשביל הלילה ובבוקר ישר פיננו בנוסף ךכך לא טרחו ךהגיד לנו שהחדר אוכל כשר לפסח ולא אכלנו כלום מלבד חביתה בלי תוספות התאכזבנו הפעם ממש בעוד שאנחנו מגיעים למלון פעם שלישית ברציפות

יחס טוב מאד ניקיון מעולה אוירה טובה מאד. לא זכינו לאכול בבית המלון ארוחת בוקר כי היה עומס וביקשו להגיע בשעה מאוחרת יותר, בזמן ההמתנה בעלי לא חש בטוב ופונה לבית החולים. כשחזרנו בצהריים כבדו אותנו בקפה ועוגה וכאן מאד התאכזבתי שלא הציעו לני ארוחה מכבדת למרות שידעו שפספסתי את ארוחת הבוקר שלא באשמתנו אלה באשמת עובדת המלון שבקשה להגיע מאוחר יותר
