best bet in Thanlyin”
a nice place if you have work on the Thanlyin side of the river (saves a long commute); much quieter than in Yangon, you have your own little apartment, and the staff are welcoming; the restaurant isn't so great, but there are some surprisingly good options in Thanlyin!

Nice location, if you have work in Thanlyin; have been returning for several years and it could use a bit of maintenance, but still an excellent concept, peaceful and spacious.

Great place if you need to be in Thanlyin”
Have stayed here several times while working in Thanlyin. Clean and quiet. A great concept, little duplexes. Unfortunately it isn't being maintained as well as should be; the walls have cracks and both reading lamps in my suite were broken--and it's only a few years old. Hope they get this right, it's really a pleasant place.

Good choice for a week-end”
If you get a room at a discount price, it's certainly worth the money: rooms are very spacious and excellently maintained, and the pool and gym are decent enough for a short physical activity. Breakfast buffet is rich, with some Burmese and European food. Excellent Wifi for Myanmar standard. Only real downside: reception staff speaks rather limited English (if any).

料金の割に設備は古く汚い。浴槽に砂が溜まったままや浴槽周りに髪の毛が残っていたりしてスタッフの掃除が悪い。バンガロータイプの部屋では夜中にマンゴウが落ちて屋根に当たる音がうるさいので風がある日は覚えておかないとビックリして起きる事になる。朝飯は毎日チャーハンと炒め麺の繰り返しで、味は若干異なるものの連続宿泊では飽きてしまう。

綺麗なホテルです。スタッフも親切で、常に良い対応でした。 シャワーのお湯がとてもぬるい（ほぼ水）。それだけが残念でした。 Wi-Fiを使えて良かったです。

仕事上の立地としては申し分なしです。 不満足な点 １．よく停電が有る。 ２．Wifiが繋がりにくい。 ３．トイレまわりバス・シャワー周りが丁寧に清掃されていないことが有る。 ４．シャンプー等のアメニティーが整っていないことが有る。 ５．室内に蚊が居て寝苦しいいことが有る。 ６．朝食にバリエーションが少ない。毎日同じ様なチャーハンと焼きそばそれに目玉プレーンオムレツのみで連続して宿泊すると朝食が飽きてしまう。

ティラワSEZに近い”
ティラワSEZで仕事する人には近くて良い。車で20分ぐらい。ホテルに頼めばタクシーを呼んでくれる。日本人、中国人、韓国人、タイ人などよく見かける。西欧人もたまに見かける。長期で泊まっている人も多く、サービスアパートも兼ねているらしい。スーペリアの方が安いが、新しいのでキレイで清潔。部屋も十分な広さ。だが、フロントやレストランからから遠い。ジュニアスイートはバンガロータイプで、広いが少し古い。プール、テニスコート、子供の遊具なども有り、タイのローカルリゾートホテルのような感じ。家族連れなど、ミャンマー人のグループも多い。レンタサイクルも始めたみたい（未確認）。フィットネスも最近できた。スパ？も有る。朝食はバリエーションが少ないが、まあ悪くはない。ヤキメシ、ヤキソバ、目玉焼き、オムレツ、ソーセージ、食パンぐらい。たまにモヒンガーとかオプション？が有ったりする。ヤキメシ、ヤキソバはいくつかバリエーションがあり、日替わり。周りに店は少ない。飲み物を買うような小売店はすぐ近くにいくつも有るが、コンビニ・スーパーは無い。バイタクで10分ぐらい行くとオレンジスーパーが有る。その近くに大きな市場が有るが、夕方には閉まってしまう。食事する店も手頃なのは少ない。英語メニューが有る店が徒歩10分ぐらいの所に有るぐらい。後は安い店しかない。ホテルのレストランは少し高いが味は悪くない。WiFiは遅いことが多い。早朝から夕方までは割と早いが、19時以降はほとんど使い物にならない。テレビはNHKが見れる。シャワーは湯温、湯量共に問題無し。ランドリーはたまに翌日返却になることが有るので注意が必要。あと、他人のタオルとかが紛れ込んでいることが数回有った。チャイッコウッ・パヤーという、丘の上に建つ大き目のパゴダが有る。バイタクで1000Kほど。ティラワの先の、川の中州に建つパゴダまではタクシーで5~6,000Kで行ける（片道）。WiFi以外は大きな問題も無いし、長期でもそこそこ快適に過ごせると思う。

部屋の設備に関しては相応の設備となっているが、1．浴槽が汚ない。掃除が悪い。2．排水がスムーズではないので湯が中々流れていかない。3．扉の下にはアリの巣？らしきものがへばりついていた。4．冷蔵庫の中には前の客の残していた水が有ったり、冷凍室が霜でいっぱいになっていて冷凍機のが使えなかった。5．洗面セットが日によって整っていない。6．朝食がチャーハンと炒め麺の2種類で毎日具材は異なっているがほぼ同じ。又おかずは鶏肉ソーセージと目玉焼とオムレツのみで新鮮な野菜は全く無し。食事が限られているので長期期間宿泊となると苦痛になると思う。7．室内にアブラムシやアリが当たり前。８．照明が全般的に暗いので事務仕事は辛い。9．Wifiの環境が悪いので事務仕事がはかどらない。◎1スタッフは明るい人たちで好感が持てる。◎2NHKが見られる。◎３仕事の都合から場所的には好条件 以上

結構日本人が宿泊していました。 食堂や室内でハエが多いように感じました。 ８泊９日の宿泊でしたが、驚くほどリズナーブルに宿泊できました。 ヤンゴン空港からのホテルまでの移動は、空港タクシーではほぼホテルまて連れてってくれないので、事前予約していないとホテルにはたどり着けませんので、注意が必要かもしれません。
