Just book it. We're an American couple from New York. For context, we stayed at the five-star ultra upscale Park Hyatt in Ho Chi Minh and flew first class from the US, so we're not easy to impress when it comes to service, cleanliness, location. While not everything was flawless (more below) we were SO glad that we chose this hotel on a whim. 15/10 delighted with our stay. This was my favorite experience after the Park Hyatt. Facilities: There's a lobby, large restaurant on Floor 14, whisper-quiet elevators, and pool. Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am. Breakfast is beyond impressive for the price: - hot bar with protein, eggs, fried rice, chicken curry, fish balls, etc., - juice / drink / coffee bar, - bread, butter, jam, etc., - fruit bar, - fresh and flavorful local specialties, - delicious fried eggs made to order, - fresh pho that would sell at full price in a restaurant, and amazing flavor across the board. The location was not in the center of the action but perfect for a couple or chill singles: close enough to the very center of town, Winmart on the block, restaurants right next door, food market on the block, great eats within 10mins walking, walkable to the famous Dragon Bridge night market (25mins), and amazing local neighborhoods on the side streets. The Deluxe Double room was spacious, there are 5+ wifi networks, and wifi was decent (8/10 for spottyness but it always resolved itself shortly after). The most outstanding part was the service. Annie, Luna, Linda, and Danny at reception went above and beyond. Their delightful nature is rare, and the first time I've experienced it in hospitality. They surprised me with such a cute cake for my bday that I cried (happy tears!). We didn't mention it; they checked my passport. The restaurant is spotless and beautiful in a modern way, e.g., reclaimed wood tables and tiny potted sprouts @ each table. Clean (9/10 for a few minor things like a hair in the fridge and not spotless) but even for a detailed-or

I am extremely satisfied with my short vacation at White Sand. The hotel has modern and simple yet cozy interior design. The top floor, which is the 15th floor, is a studio apartment with a wide window view of the sea, a four-person dining table, a kitchen, a sink, and a toilet with a window next to the bathtub that is very bright and luxurious. This apartment also has a connecting door to the adjacent room, which is convenient for families with elderly and young children for cooking and living together. The room rate is reasonable and suitable for the quality of service and amenities. The breakfast restaurant on the 14th floor also has two-sided views and a sea view. The staff is attentive and prepared umbrellas for rainy or sunny weather. The two receptionists, Thanh Thao and Yen Nhi, and the driver, Mr. Chau, are very friendly and efficient.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend. We had a 3d2n stay here. Overall, Good: the room is clean, spotless, amenities is good. They give you mineral water and basic tea and coffee. On the second morning we also get cookies after the room service. The breakfast has a pretty good selection. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, i can still enjoy the breakfast and get my stomach filled. The two male staff and Annie and Sunny has good personalities. They always have their smile ready whenever we passed the reception area. On the second night, I ordered a grab delivery for my medicine. The male staff went to our room to pickup the cash and return back with medicine and change after the delivery. I didn’t even need to leave the room! Thanks so much! Not good: we choose room with few more adds-on like early check in, late check out and free room upgrade. We arrived early around 11:30 but was denied checkin because the room is not ready. We also ask for room upgrade but the male reception said they have no information about the room upgrade even after he checked in their system. Im quite disappointed with these two events and I actually need Agoda or hotel to explain on this. Our room supposed to be facing city but it is just facing local residential area. Location: is great when u have small budget but still want to have accessibility to the beach and town. Taking the motorbike it should take you around 7-8min to go to Cho Han. To go to the beach it would be 10mins walk. Stay here longer and you get to experience how the local did it. Would definitely recommend this place to others but asking them to not book with the extra adds on.

The indoor pool and the work out area is nice. However, the pool could use some cleaning because it seems the water has been sitting for some time, it doesn't smell fresh. 3. The breakfast is buffet style and with lots of food options, including some local foods, and all typical stuff like juice, coffee and pasties. The dining area is bright, clean with a great view. They were fast at cleaning up and replenishing food. The staff is GREAT: 1. Communication with the staff through Agoda is great. They answered timely to my inquiry about early check in, which they also accommodated since my flight came in early. They also said they can keep your luggages for you till check in time. 2. They were accommodating too when we asked for a different room due to the layout of the room. 3. The Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Sunny and Joyce were great, always provided a service with a smile. Everyone was warm, friendly, and were always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you have a positive and good experience. They made us feel very comfortable, welcomed and were taken care of. 4.. The cleaning and serving staff members were very respectful and always greeted and helped us with a smile. 5. They can arrange for you to have transportation too and to any local attractions. 3 things worth mentioning since I didn't know and you may not know too: 1. There are steps leading up to the hotel entrance, so be mindful in case you have mobility issues. It's a good thing the doorman will help with your luggages and the doors will swing open automatically when you go in/out. 2. The lifts are very small in size, can fit about 4 adults at a time and there are 2 of them. 3. Lastly, the AC in the room: In order for it to be "on", you have to make sure you press the power button and wait for the red light to come on. I misunderstood and thought "red" means it is off and after not being able to cool the room temp to the temp I wanted, I thought it was broken and had to go to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk went back up to the room with me and that's when he showed me the correct way to turn it on. Turns out the user was wrong, the AC was great and turned the room to a cool temp fast too! lol Overall, I really like the location of this hotel and its staff. I would come and stay here again. Definitely would recommend you give them an opportunity. There were 2 adults (50s) and 2 young adults (33 and 19 yo)
