“Cockroaches”
I have several criticisms about the accommodation, the main one is that there are a lot of cockroaches in my shared room alone, I saw three, one of them walked over me while I was sleeping, I woke up scared, I informed the receptionist who sent me to another private room and I also saw a cockroach there too. I saw a cockroach while I was eating at the table near the reception. The bathroom in the shared room is another very small problem that is extremely uncomfortable for taking a shower, I often had to hold my pee while it was being vacated or even leave without taking a shower, as there were people in the bathroom and it was insufficient for a large number of rooms. Another criticism is the elevator that takes a long time as it serves several residential and commercial units. Another suggestion is for you to reduce the amount of $100 that is charged to deposit the card because on my last day I needed to come up with what to spend because I had nothing to buy but I was already going to another country and I wasn't going to take it the money with me. I also think it is important to say that my card was double charged and that until now I am not sure that it was actually canceled and there was an uncomfortable situation with the receptionist when I asked for electronic proof that there was a cancellation. The daily price is not that low and I believe that there is a way to offer decent treatment to customers considering the amount paid. Anyway, thank you very much for printing my ticket.
