Great sea view and amazing for family with kid”
I booked deluxe room with 1 extra bed for my family. The room was awesome, large, view the bridge and island. It really big compare to others 5* hotels I stayed Breakfast is ok, variety of foods and quality is 8/10. Location is convenient, easy walking and less than 5 mins drive to Sunworld complex. Staff is very friendly, check in quickly! I will book again when I come back here

Upon arrival I was informed that the room I booked (superior King) had no view from the window. Since it was mid week, they upgraded me with water/bridge view , balcony- Nice large room with tub. The hotel has nice gym and pool facilities. Not cheap but good value for me. Very helpful staff.

We were upgraded for suite without any additional charges. It’s was my Wife’s Birthday and staff organized it as a surprise with a cake. Beautiful view and location. Very friendly staff. Food was great specially Lamb Chops.

Beautiful hotel in the city center”
Hotel locates in the central of City with view to Halong Bay and Bai Chay Bridge (if you choose room with sea view). We booked 2 rooms for our family. The room is spacious and nice designed. Breakfast is various of Asian and western food. We really enjoyed and definitely will come back.

The staff at the hotel were some of the most helpful we have seen during our travels. They assisted with a wide variety of last minute requests such as setting up tours to booking airport transfers. They were very welcoming and offered advice or recommendations upon requests. The room was large and the balcony views overlooked the bay. Good price point for the location and offerings as well. Highly recommend as an option for your trip to Ha Long Bay!

nice 5 star hotel”
Stayed there 1 night before going on a Halong Bay cruise and really enjoyed it. the only downside is that they are doing some construction and the noise sometimes is really loud. In the evening we were in the pool and they started with loud noise, basically making us leave. Breakfast was quite nice with a bigger variety in the asian style which was nice. If you are more into your eggs and avo the offering is a bit more limiting.

Mistake with breakfast”
I didn't notice that my booking does not include the break fast, so I have to buy it for 25 USD per pax. The breakfast is too poor for that price. Other than that, everything is good, room is large and beautiful. View to Ha Long bay is great. Staff is friendly. I like the room very much. However beware with people outside, the taxi, the restaurants, you can be over charged.

Good view but the rest is so so.”
The room very clean and good view ( but unlucky we only get the room at level 6, higher floor will be nicer ). Ha Long bay is not much thing to do, stay 2 day 1 nigh is enough unless u want rest more at hotel, Ha Long bay more suitable for resort tourism. Difficult to find nice food but seafood is very fresh if you eat at the correct place ( highly recommend Hồng Hạnh restaurant ). One more big problem is the food serve in room quite horrible. I order 1 dish foie gras with crispy pork belly and this is not so cheap, but the foie gras is super smelly really can not eat, and the crispy pork but crispy until can not bite so end off also can not eat, quite waste money for this meal, but the breakfast at the hotel still ok, many choice, I also don't no why. Highly recommend to stay because everything is nice without the foie gras with crispy pork belly.

I and my family members stayed here. Was grateful that they upgraded for us to a better room. The room was nice, and the staff was friendly. Overall i had a nice stay here. Good location, and easy to see the bridge at night. However the iron was broken even before we arrived, and when i touched it it really broke into 2 parts. I was quite shocked but after that the staff just asked me some questions and it was over. The food is quite expensive and not excellent, comparing to local food.

We had a lovely stay 2 nights at Wyndham. Everthing was excellent except for the key card system. We had problems while taking elevator or opening the door. But the staff was very helpful and friendly One plus point: the kid club is just next to the pool so we still can manage our time enjoy swimming while travelling with 2 kids, one is 4, one is not yet 1.
