Me and my girl friend stayed 2 nights at X2 oceanphere, it was the highlight of our entire Thailand trip. The hotel is very new and clean. The private pool is a little bit small, but still nice. The public swimming pool is sooooo good with nice view, clean pool water and quite environment. All the staff there were extremely friendly, the price of spa there was very afforded and fair. They got buggy could send you the anywhere within in 10mins distance. The only negative thing is the location, it’s like around 30 mins drive from Pattaya central. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay if you are here for holiday, will come again and recommend to my friends and families.

Wish we could stay longer”
We stayed 2 nights at a 2 bedroom 2 floors villa and there was a lot of space for the kids to run around. Love the private pool. Furniture and beds were new and clean. Each bedroom has a bathroom, tv and diffuser in there. Hotel also provide baby cot. Food in hotel restaurant were good and staff were friendly. The residence is 30 mins away from Pattaya City. And only 5 mins away from Cartoon Network water park. There is a small gym and spa so mommy can also go to the spa while the kids were playing in the villa. Wish we could stay for longer.

The room was nice and the staff were really friendly! Lots of choice for the breakfast. We liked the juice there a lot. The only disadvantage is it is too far from the city. It took ard 500-600THB one-way to the pattaya downtown.

Too many loud parties”
Cons: big groups pack themselves into the 2 and 4 bedrooms and hold loud parties at odd hours. 7/17 at 21:00 a group of girls were screaming during their pool party and 7/18 at 4:40 another group enjoyed an early morning pool party by shouting loudly. Called front desk to complain, but no answer. Other guests had to intervene on their own to stop the party. Paid 27,200 for 3 nights to relax, NOT to hear drunken screeching at odd hours. Pros: Stellar service from staff!!!!!!!! 2 bedroom villa was lovely and clean. Pool well maintained and very clean. Pattaya transformer blew at ~3:00 7/18 and didn’t turn on until ~10:00. Hotel kindly offered complimentary breakfast to all guests (we declined, the restaurant was crowded with people).

A bit on the expensive side but very quiet”
This hotel is east of Pattaya so if you are coming from Bangkok you have to pass through Pattaya's city center so expect traffic. Given the location I would have expected a lower price but the upside is that it is a very new hotel and so the facilities are also very new. The flipside of this is also that you should be aware that at the time of my stay they were doing construction of the next phase and so your stay may be noisy (at the present time they were still prepping the land so no loud noises yet).

Mosquitos problems”
Everything was ok during my stay except one major problem that ruined our sleeping times, There were a lot of mosquitos in the bathroom and bedroom. ( I keep the door and window closed all the time ) My 2 years old son got bitten by a lot of mosquitos. Hope they find the right way to deal with mosquitos.

Don't expect much ! - an over priced standard two-bedroom-villa, In contrast, the villa is well groomed interior but the equipments are not that state-of-art. Don't expect BOSE sound entertainment or Lighnting Automation here. Services are standard 4-star-hotel.

X2 boasted total privacy for guest but unfortunately the place is filled with workers in the day wandering in the area. Pool villa 103 was pleasant except for the strong stench of foul smell from the toile which I think they failed in their sewerage system during construction..

Great Design with Tons of Flaws”
We stayed at X2 during Wonderfruit weekend in 2019. We booked a 2BR Pool Villa. All the bathrooms had plumbing problems (clogged shower, clogged sink, smell). Housekeeping also did not do a good job at cleaning up, forgetting to refill toiletries or giving us enough towels. Keep in mind that the hotel is quite removed from Pattaya city, which made it a hassle to get around. Overall, it wasn’t an unpleasant stay by all means, but I expected more from the hotel given the reputation and price. Don’t think I’ll be returning here next trip to Pattaya.

Perfectly place for family with all kids ages”
The room is great, private and complete with all you expecting for. Pool is not big but enough to play with fun. The bed is superb! Large and sleep well although that you have child to stay with. The room space is large and comfortable with all furnish. Breakfast is also great, yum and varieties ... with unlimited of white champagne!
