Exceptional service”
Strategic location. Neither the road nor the building exterior give you accurate impression of the hotel. When you get into the hotel, it is big and looks something of a 4 star. I was greeted with wet towel and refreshments, seamless check-in, and the manager Mr. Keshab himself walked me to my room. I had all the basics I needed in the room. The only complaint is the ventilation in the bathroom. After a warm shower, the vapor goes from the bathroom into the room. I think that's bad for the flooring over time. But since the hotel is new, everything is still as good as new. I went out for sight-seeing and got back past dinner. And there were cookies and fruits waiting for me in my room for supper! Am I impressed? Yes, I am! Wasn't too impressed with the breakfast buffet though. So I went for hot chocolate and cakes at the hotel cafe. My Keshab came along to say hello and paid for my breakfast! I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Ha d a wonderful stay in this nice hotel. Rooms were good and breakfast servers was nice. Location wise a good choice as plenty of souvenir shops are around. Missing the gym in the hotel else all were good

Less than 5 minute walk from the heart of Thamel. Large room, clean bed, friendly & professional staff. Zero fuss at check-in. You're bound to get some noise at night in the Thamel area, so if you're a super light sleeper, bring earplugs. But this applies to any hotel in Thamel. Breakfast is decent; the fresh fruits are my favorite. Or you can choose to not get breakfast and have one instead in one of the many cafes in Thamel, which mostly open from 7am. Aryvedic massage is awesome. And very affordable.

The room is nice, spacious with a good bathroom and nice hot shower. Very center location. Good front desk staff and best coffee shop. Expensive spa, but nice massage. Would stay here again.

OK hotel- its totally stale of personality. My room was big but could have used more updated furniture. The bathroom is not great. The shower is not in an enclosed space- open to the area so everything gets wet and there is no sink area for toiletries. Very basic. Power is out often but that is somewhat typical to the area. Aircon was good and had a nice flat-screen TV. make sure you get a room off the road mine is not and is very noisy!
