Rooms were very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook whatever you wanted to quiet wich is a big plus! I did like family games to play that were also in the room.
Needs more trash bags ,didn't like having to pay to do laundry, needs better lighting in bedrooms and a ceiling fan, walk to beach was Rather long advertising online made it appear closer.

Its well organized and it had all of the things that were needed in the kitchen.
In one of the rooms the bathroom needs a door and the filters of the sinks and the showers should be cleaned at least once a month.

Beautiful villa, close to beach. Quiet complex. Would definitely stay there again. Great central location to restaurants .
No parking pass and took several calls and emails to finally get them on the 3rd day. Need to trash the game basket and start over, none had all the pieces so they couldn't be used.

The location offered parking that was convenient to the beach, and was very close to a private pool that my kids enjoyed swimming in. Super convenient to food options and grocery stores.
While there were a couple of flat sheets available for the pull out sofa, there were no blankets in the condo aside from the thin blankets on the other beds. Nowhere NEAR enough blankets. We did try to come prepared with two blankets of our own, but we still ended up needing to purchase one from a local store. I have to say this was my first time vacationing somewhere that extra blankets weren’t available should they be needed. We were also surprised to find that it was $1.75 PER LOAD to do laundry (that’s $1.75 to wash, and another $1.75 to dry), and the washer/dryer are teeny. We spent nearly $15 on laundry while we were there. Glad I brought two rolls of quarters with us on a whim!

The property was really nice, and very beach themed. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was a great space to gather with family, and the appliances were easy to use.
The communication with the host was terrible. Two calls two Vacasa were over an hour each and tried multiple avenues to get our lockout resolved. The code did not work for us to check-in at 4, and the offsite office to help was closing just 7 minutes before we arrived to try to get our problem fixed. A third code was given so that we could finally check-in. The shower/bath did not drain well and held sitting water.
