Its the most friendly hotel that I ever stay”

Travel from airport to YTT, its easy. Just say YTT, taxi driver will know. Cost around KRW20k( included toll). Mr. Jay , (I guess the owner of the Hotel) will give a big welcome, could speak multiple language will make sure you feel at home and fullfill all your needs .Weather is cool, Mr. Jay even provide you hand warmer. You may exit from Nampo station, exit 7 , U turn, turn left and go straight until u see the Tower Hill Hotel, turn right and go straight, you will see YTT on your right. Its about 5 mins walking from exit 7. There are local mini market located near YTT- 3 mins walking, their price is reasonable cheap compare to LOTTE and others. From YTT hotel entrance, turn left, go straight, after Tower Hill Hotel, u will see a small mini market with lots of mineral water placing outside on your left. The right would be others 7 Eleven or GS25 24hours store ( i have forgotten). You could ask hotel staff help to order Kyo Chon, BBQ Chicken , Ne Ne chicken delivery ( 30 mins).

My family had a wonderful stay at YTT Boutique Hotel Nampo. Our room was beautiful, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The General Manager, Mr. Jay, assisted us by recommended things to do in and around Busan (including a map he designed himself). He and his staff were always friendly and welcoming during our stay as we came in and out of the hotel. When we realized we had left an item in the room after we left, he was very responsive via email. The service is phenomenal—among the best we’ve experienced anywhere. If we are ever in Busan again, YTT is at the top of our list.

Near Nampo Station Exit 7”

YTT hotel has a super nice welcoming staff, is near to Nampo station Exit 7. When you go out exit 7, you will see Lotte Mall at opposite (right), and you face on Lotte mall, go straight abit there has a road on your left. Pls turn left and go straight till the end you will see YTT boutique hotel. Everything is nice in hotel and the main shopping street (etc. BIFF, Jalgachi market) is super near, by walking distance. Definitely will stay here again when travelling in Busan.

Great location, Nice Stay & Friendly Staff.”

Spent 7 nights at Busan Ytt boytique hotel, really satisfied with what i spent. Nearby Nampo Station, and access to Lotte Mall is just 5 minutes walk. And walking diatance to others sight seeing place, ie Yongdusan Park, Biff square, Jagalchi fish market, and bupyeong night market. Really enjoyed with the stay, room is clean and new with contemporary design. Is suitable for family with kids. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others who wish to travel to Busan. I were stay in here once again if i would travel to here in the future.

Great facilities, great staff, great location”

The facilities at YTT Hotel are great. There's lots of free parking (which is at a premium considering the area), there's free self serve laundry, free self serve coffee and a fridge of bottled water at reception that you can help yourself to. The location is pretty good. It's next to several high frequency bus lanes and it's next to the most amount and most varied restaurants in Busan. The Busan Train Station is not right next door but it's a short bus ride away. The staff at YTT Hotel are great. Both checkin and checkout was an amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Boutique htl with supreme hospitality & services!”

Jay was our living encyclopedia as well as our butler who will plan our trips and arrange transportation for my grp of 10 including elderly & children. He was very attentive & helpful to make our stay stress free. The hotel was near to Lotte Mart, fashion street & many eateries too. Train station not to mention just a stone away... when come to busan Nampo, looking for a place to stay, jus hop in to YTT boutique! It’s offers the best services & personal touch that we have ever received!!👍👍👍👍👍

Super NICE hotel”

Super nice and helpful Manager Lin. He can recommand all the things you need for eat or sightseeing. Room is clean and quiet, king bed is big enough and comfortable for 2adults and 3y old kids, and bathtube is super huge which we could enjoy hot bath together. The room have all the things you need, even they have washing machine, dryer machine, printer free for use. 5-10 mins walking distance for everywhere you need, Lotte Mall/Biff square/Nampo subway station/restaurants/cafe/money exchange/shopping area...etc. Pay less and get most, surely will be back for this warm hotel next time. Thank you YTT, we've got an unforgottable stay with you for our wedding anniversary. Honestly 10marks is not enough for rating this hotel.

Nice stay at Busan”

Interesting Room as everything can be controlled through a remote, and that's cool! They even provide hair straightener and multiple cable charger, it's very thoughtful. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Location near exit 7 Nampo st. and you should walk around 7 to 10 minutes if with luggage. There's a convenience store nearby, Nampo Shopping Street and also lotte mall with underground shopping where you can shop till drop. Yongdusan park with Busan tower is also walking distance and you can use escalators or stairs. Jalgachi and Biff also 1 station away from Nampo. Also Jay is very nice and caring to the guests and he will give you map and information you need. Will recommend this hotel and would love to come back next time

Pros: 1. Hotel Owner Jay is super helpful & thoughtful. able to speak english and mandarin, guiding us where to tour around,what to eat, where to go. make our stay more memorable! BIG Plus Point! 2. Responsive & Helpful , few hours reply from the hotel when i check with them on some travel tips. 3. Strategic Location: Stone throw to Nampo Station, Night Market, Bars, Cafe, Convenient stores, Lotte Mall. 5-10 mins away from Busan Station. 4. Jacuzzi in the Bathroom, good indulge! 5. Useful and thoughtful tools/ Accessories/ Necessity in the room, e.g: Hair Straightener, Skin Care Sachets, USB charger, Desktop, Hair Spray etc 6. Value for money Cons: NIL-Good Job! Must Stay!

Best location and super friendly manager”

We felt very welcomed the moment we stepped into the hotel. The hotel manager was very friendly and briefed us on the nearby attractions and gave us advice on eating and spending at those places. Our request for early check in was granted. Room was spacious and comfortable. They supplied all toiletries including face wash and moisturisers! Location was superb as it was walking distance to BIFF, Jagalchi market, Gwakboro fashion street, museum of modern history, Busan Tower and Gukje Market. It's also close to Nampo train station. You can also do your own laundry at the basement for free! Highly recommended!

Fantastic in every way”

First of all, we would like to give a big shout out to Jay, the hotel manager. Without Jay we wouldn't have had the wonderful experience in busan especially with his special arrangement for our honeymoon. The hotel location is very strategic and surrounded by food and convenient shops. It's also walking distance to lotte mall, subway and the famous nampodong streets which we love so much. The hotel staffs are super friendly especially Jay. We tried few types of suites and they are all fantastic in their own way. Loved the jacuzzi in room! The rooms are clean, there are internet stations ready for use in the room, hot water is constant, room temperature is adjusted to your preference. Washing machine and dryer is available to use in basement too. Overall, we have no regrets staying in YTT for 8 days of our vacation. Truly a hotel for yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Amazing Hotel & Staff! ”

Jay, the manager, was literally the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person we met in our travels around the whole of South Korea. Any time we were looking to go somewhere, Jay would offer recommendations on the best way to get there etc.. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Nampo Station, Busan Tower, BIFF Square or any of the big markets. The room was spacious with a big bed, huge whirlpool bath and all the amenities which make a great hotel stay. Bottled water and coffee was available free in the reception area any time of day. Jay's dinner recommendations were really good too, with the BBQ across the street being a highlight. Jay even came over with us, explained the menu in English & brought us across an umbrella when it started raining! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough & will definely be returning if we find ourselves in Busan in the future.

Exceptional”

It's boutique hotel but the room is big and clean. The bathroom is very spacious. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. location wise, it's in the central of Busan, walking distance to Nampo station, +/- 10 minutes. It's located near Lotte mall and shopping street and foods store too. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Overall was very great experience staying in this hotel. I will stay again in this hotel when I will come to Busan.

Very good place to stay”

The YTT hotel is cozy place to stay. There is lots of restaurant around the hotel and good location to see other interesting areas at Busan. The manager of the hotel is very kind. I didn't had a breakfast at the hotel, but will try to next time. Room is very clean and lots of amenities at the room. I used to use other hotel when I visit Busan, but I definitely book the hotel for my next visits.

BEST STAY!”

It was my first time in Busan with my mom, came over this hotel was immediately attracted by the facilities photos and reasonable price. When we arrived there in before noon that day, Jay allowed us to check in without any extra charges. The suite was amazing, everything we needed was provided (lots of mirrors with good lighting!). The room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Besides, the location of the hotel was perfect (it was right in the middle of Nampodong), which makes our trip so much easier since we could get to most of the touristy spots without worrying the travel distance! Nonetheless, what makes us really happy during the trip was meeting Jay. He's multi-lingual (Mandarin, English, Korean and Japanese), and super friendly. He gave his best service to all the tourists, providing us suggestions of good food, transportations and etc. Would totally stay there again if I visit Busan next time!

Everything you hoped for in a hotel are all there”

All positive reviews that you read about the hotel are accurate. Its everything you wanted for in a hotel for a happy, enjoyable trip. I cant find any complain at all to write. The Manager Jay is so friendly, helpful, polite, speaks good english and mandarin. Tell him your itinerary and he will give you precise direction on how to go and bus to take. Hotel room is clean, big, complete with strong wifi connection, in room computer, hairdryer with electric curler (for girls) and yes, free flow of coffee and bottle water available at reception. Location is perfect, right in the heart of nampo-dong area, less than 10 minutes walk to nampo station (use exit no. 7 to hotel) and walking distance to Jalagchi market, Gukje market, and all eateries. What more could you ask for? Plus , we booked four rooms and my room was upgraded as it is non peak season.

Excellent host”

It is near Nampo station but is still quite a challenge to walk with all the luggages and when is late and we are not familiar. The only problem we had was taking a taxi from Busan station to the hotel as it was quite near and the taxis do not want to fetch till we eventually met some kind taxi driver. The host Mr Jay Lim is very kind and friendly as he make sure we are not overcharged by the taxi driver. He can speak very good Chinese and English so it makes communication so much easier. There are quite a few eateries nearby and is within walking distance to Nampodong where all the good food is. The room is very spacious for 3. However, it is a bit warm so we have to open the small window but it gets very bright in the morning. The bathroom is very big but there is no hook to hang clothing. The room is very clean. Overall it is a good stay and don't mind staying here again if we ever come back to Busan .

Best hotel n staff in Busan”

We really enjoy our 3 nights in Busan with YTT Nampo, especially because the hospitality of Jay. He is really care with everything we need. And also not give another charge when i forgot to tell with 2 kids, even i already choose the family's suite but in Korea we will get charge if we not tell exactly the number of guests. Thanks Jay! And the jacuzzi is really something 😊

1. The boss can speak both English & mandarin. 老板可以说中文和英文哦。 He is very helpful & friendly. 2. The room is new , clean & big. Everything is provided including hair dryer, hair straightener , hair band , skin care , coffee milk , n even CONDOM. every room comes with one desktop & safety box. 3. The shower room is very big. U can have a massage inside the shower room because there is a bed inside the shower room. 4. Value for money 5. Convenient, easy to access. It's very near to the Nampo station exit 7, walking distance to every attractions such as Nampo dong , jagalchi market, biff square ,international market, lotte mall & mart. 6. Receptionist will help to order fried chicken. U can either having the food in ur room or the open air dining area provided by hotel. 7. Hotel lobby provides free coffee, water , espresso & Americano. 8. Free car park

10 out of 10! First and foremost, the manager Jay made everything great happened and deserved all the credit. He went beyond of his duty to make your stay comfortable. He will help and guide you around the city like nobody I have ever met and speaks 4 languages well. It's in a very ideal location (Lotte mart, Nampo subway, Jagalchi market, Gukjae market, Busan tower, etc) and there are plenty of places to dine. I'll be definitely check into this hotel if I'm in Busan.
