The hotel is in great location with beautiful view. The rooms are very clean and I love seeing the view from my bed and also the bed was very comfortable. Stayed at the hotel for 1 night only, but totally fell in love. 1. The staff, front desk office and f&b, are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to go the extra miles to help their guest. (i) Informed them about my travel partner's birthday, and they surprised her with a cake, beautiful decoration and handmade card. Really touched and appreciate the actions. (ii) I had an upset tummy on my second day, and requested for porridge for my breakfast. They fulfilled my special request even though the porridge is not part of their standard breakfast menu. (iii) They allowed us to have late check out as our flight was in the evening. 2. Hotel is really new. The whole hotel, including the room, is clean and comfortable. Room wise, i love how comfortable the bed was. 4. The hotel is well equipped with many facilities - pub at the lobby, gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room. The room has Smart TV - if you are bored of the standard channels, you can mirror screen/cast your phone.

The first satisfaction is the hospitality of the staff. Very polite and friendly. Every corner is clean. The food from here is also delicious. The pool is under the roof (open area) so you can avoid the sunlight. There is also famous restaurant next to the hotel. We’ll go there again.

Amazing ”
From check in I was amazed at the level of service I received. We arrived very early (around 9am) and was immediately given a room and welcome drink. The handmade note was a personal touch we enjoyed. Never had any issues and everyday we were greeted with a smile. Food in Five Continents could have been a little better. Being from Thailand it was definitely not Thai food but good try anyway. Would recommend this place to anyone. I would like thank the staff and owner for such a great vacation.

This is absolutely new hotel in Yangon! Everything works well. The room is nice and clean. Staff are all friendly and good English speaking. Breakfast PS: Its too new. They don't have babycot yet, but they said will provide it soon. Overall enjoy my stay :)

The staffs are very polite and accommodating. They warmly welcome us by placing hand-drawn welcome cards in the room. Breakfast is pretty good as well. The rooms are spacious with great view. King size beds are neatly covered by white sheets. Staffs always listen to the feedbacks as well which is a big plus.

Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. From manager Andrew to Kevin Kyaw and Cherry at buffet breakfast were very attentive. Got all the facilities like indoor heated swimming pool l, jacuzzi, suana, steam room and gym. Welcome drinks changes everyday to a new refreshing in house made mocktails. The rooms were roomy with both pagoda view or river view. Got no complaints and look forward to our next stay.
