The location is strategic, not far from the Pasteur toll gate, and there are many food stalls around for breakfast. I think the hotel building is aesthetic with efficient space arrangement; even though it looks small from the outside, it feels spacious and airy inside with very good air circulation. The room is also clean and aesthetic and soundproof from neighboring rooms. A suggestion for the staff: there should be more of them because during checkout I had to wait quite a while since all the staff were on duty and the reception desk was empty. Additionally, for the family room, it would be better to provide amenities and mineral water according to the room capacity of 4 people (amenities and mineral water are only provided for 3 guests). It's a simple and inexpensive thing but has a significant impact on guest satisfaction. Anyway, it was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. It is worth recommending, and I will likely stay here again in the future. Thank you.
Didn't expect much at first because its a budget hotel, but when I arrived I was quite surprised with the building itself, cause it's quite modern and minimalist. The room itself is really comfortable, not to bright (because its only have 1 small window) but I prefer that way, cause it make the room cooler even without AC There's a living room that can be used for smoking and making coffee, and there's also a pantry that can be used for washing hand. The location itself is quite weird because its in the intersection of one way road, so its not convenient if you use car. But if you like walking, its become a very strategic location, because there's a lot of facilities & food around the hotel, there's a gym, spa, and a lot of restaurant and cafe. Overall I'm very satisfied :)
A sudden long holiday trip to the city of Bandung turned out that all hotels were full, leaving only Red Doors Oyo available... I was about to go back to Jakarta but was still curious to check for hotels and found Zoe Guest House had 1 room available, looked at the reviews and they were good, and it turned out to really be nice. The location is close to everything, parking is spacious and safe, the room is large with a balcony and clean, the bathroom is spacious and clean.. unfortunately, breakfast isn't available and there's no kettle in the room, so if you want to make a hot drink you have to go to the lobby, and there’s no restaurant or cafe inside, so if you want to eat you'll have to order online.
At first, I was afraid it would be like the guest house I had previously booked, which was dirty, but when I arrived, it was nice and clean, and the staff were all friendly without making things difficult. I could leave my suitcase when I had checked out because I wanted to buy some souvenirs first. If I go to Bandung again, this will definitely be my place to stay. 🌬️✨

Trust the reviews for this guest house, guys! After scrolling reading the reviews from other travelers, I made my mind to proceed booking this room. It was not the decision to regret at all. The staffs are helpful, the cleanliness is also the highlight here. We can also use the kitchen utensils and store food in the fridge for sharing. Even though the room amenities are not great, it is still great for the prices I’ve paid. I stayed there for 3 nights, and my room was cleaned every day (if you ask them before 12 pm ya). Their service is also very good. I had a bloated tummy in the morning and I asked if they had kayu putih oil or anything like that. They said they ran out of it, and after some time, they knocked my room with the kayu putih that I need. Thank you so much, Zoe and staffs. I will definitely come back to stay there when I visit Bandung in the future.
